I stared out the window of the train with a completely plain expression. Brian, mothers most recent husband, had convinced us to sell our house and move to a fly infested town in the country. I can't remember what it's called but I can remember the fact that there is 0 wifi were we're going. Anyway, mum was passed out on Brian's shoulder and he was taking a sip out of a bottle wrapped in a brown paper bag. Amateur, I know it's alcohol, does he think I'm some kind of idiot? I rolled my eyes and turned back to the window. I pulled out my phone and turned my music up, loud enough to blast out every little sound coming from both inside and out the train. Outside, I saw a heard of wild horses running beside the train, one in particular caught my eye. He was completely black with a white spot on his forehead. It looked pretty much identical to the birthmark on my side. Anyway, I moved my head closer to the window and studied the heard. They moved randomly and the black horse stuck closer to the train. I could see that he was also studying me through the corner of his left eye. Suddenly, a group of men on tamed horses came out of nowhere and they started throwing ropes around all of the horses necks, they all struggled and fought but they were outnumbered. The men pulled all the horses away, they followed reluctantly. The only horse left was the black stallion that I had taken a liking to. He was a lot swifter and more skilled than the others. He was much more wild. Three men had stayed behind, they were constantly throwing ropes and pulling them back in when they doesn't catch the horse. I felt like jumping off the train and telling them to back the Fuck off, why were they doing this?! One of the men finally got his rope around the horses neck, the others followed. The horse pulled and fought against them but he couldn't get away. He sent a scared look my way before the men started to drag him away. No matter what the men did, the stallion kept on fighting. I slumped back against my seat and pulled my legs up to my chest. I rested my head on top of my knees and glared at the floor. Why did humans have to be so cruel?!
