Normal PoV
Claire knocked on a her neighbors door gently.
...
She raised her fist to knock once again but a creak stopped her.
A girl about the same age as her stared at Claire with confusion.
Claire stared at the girl blankly and said "White house on the right, welcoming dinner, 5:00 sharp."
Claire let the girl stare at her as she walked back to her house with her white earbuds.
Astral was quite confused on how Claire did not take off her earbuds to even hear her response.
Astral smiled at how they were going to get along quite nicely.
1 Year Later
Astral and Claire walked down the sidewalk in hopes of reaching their school without being late.
Astral smirked as she had a idea.

A idea Claire would not like.
Astral sideways glanced at Claire, and with that Astral took off running.
"See ya there Clay!"
Claire stared at astrals back.
Claire blinked to process what just happened, Claire groaned and also took off running after her best friend.
Time skip
After a lot of running, Claire and Astral managed to make it in time.
Astral was happily writing down notes while Claire was staring blankly at the board.
"Miss Johnson, give me a short summary on what we have just finished reading." The teacher said firmly, hoping to embarrass yet another student.
Astral looked at her best friend in worry of her being scolded.
Claire sighed and looked at the teacher.
"I am not able to do that"
"Oh and why not?" The teacher smirked.
"Easy. We are on the 5th page, there are still two more pages left. At the moment we are only on the review."
The teacher looked at Claire with her mouth agape.
She cleared her throat
"Of course, Astral read page 6."
Time Skip
Ring*
Astral got up and headed towards Claire's desk.
Claire packed up her stuff and both Astral and Claire walked towards the cafeteria.
Until...
"Hey!"
Astral and Claire turned around only to come face to face with Emma and her two minions.
"Hey you two b******, do you guys really think your so cute?"
Astral smirked
"Really? Because the only b**** I see here is you and your two minions."
"You little!"
Emma lunged towards Astral.
Astral skillfully moved to the side as Emma landed with a thud.
Emma got up and tried to slap Astral, Astral caught her hand midway and kneed Emma in the stomach.
Astral who accidentally lost control of her gift hit Emma to strong in the stomach.
Emma landed on her knees and coughed blood.
Emma's two minions each lunged toward Astral and Claire.
Astral being to anger actually knocked out the other girl while Claire just hit the other girl on her neck which made her unconscious.
"Hey you two!"
