This is a FICTIONAL story about A FICTIONAL city called Tortland when it became independent and the people had to select a government.

Since this is a fictional story, any resemblance to any person, place, or any other discernable detail is purely coincidental.

Also with this being my first story, pardon any mistakes and suggestions (constructive ones :D) are welcome.
