There's something so beautiful about being a child.
You don't have a care in the world.
You're completely oblivious to what is going on around you.
And you're just enjoying life, like you should.
At least that's how I remember it...
I was care free...
I didn't think that I was fat...
I didn't think I was ugly...
All I did was dress nice.
Let my mommy do my hair and wear her heels.
Play with my toys, And watched cartoons.
Because I was so young, I didn't have to worry about social media.
I didn't even know that it existed.
But now that I do...
All I ever think about is...
"Wow I am ugly"
"I wish I was skinny"
"I wish I looked like her"
I have my days where I feel great.
And...
I have my days where I feel awful.
I sometimes I believe that I will get a glow up.
And that this is puberty *rolls eyes*
The excuse all parents use.
But I do believe sometimes that being Different can make you Beautiful.
You just have to Embrace it.
Instead of Hiding it.
Because I believe that everyone has their own Something Beautiful. 🖤
