Jessica was sitting at the park crying at night. She had been kicked out after her parents found out that she had been seeing a boy secretly even after her parents told her explicitly she wasn't allowed to talk to any boys. After a few moments she stopped crying and looked up at the dark night sky. She hated her parents, everytime she saw her friend's parents she wished that her parents were like them, fun, happy and not strict. Jessica envied her friends... No... She hated them, she hated them because they lived lives that weren't controlled by their parents.
A guy walked into the park and sat down at the bench across from her, his clothes were tattered and he looked like he was a homeless guy. Jessica, knowing that he might be dangerous, started to get up and leave. I'm not gonna be near him. She thought of the guy harshly and started to walk off.
"You know, I know how you feel young lady,"
Jessica stopped in her tracks and looked back at him "How would you know how I feel? Don't stick your nose in business that isn't your own old man," she spat at his feet and began walking again. Before she could take the first step, she felt a sharp pain in her neck. W-whats happening? She couldn't seem to move in that spilt second and lost consciousness as she fell to the ground.
When she woke up she was in chains on the ground. W-whats going on? She tried to stand up but she couldn't, in the end she gave up and looked at her ankle as it seemed like it was the problem. When she saw blood seeping out from her ankles, she screamed like she never screamed before. She clamped her hand against her mouth as she heard footsteps coming. Please don't come... Please don't come...
Those words ran across her mind over and over as the footsteps became louder and louder.
