Nothing Else Matters (A Niall Horan Love Story)

Chapter 3

I do have other friends other than Niall. When Niall left for the X-Factor, I became best friends with a new girl who moved from the states (New Jersey) to Ireland. Her name is Jaclyn Bellini, and she's met the boys plenty of times. She's in the states for most of the summer, but she's flying into London in the end of August to spend time with me, and Harry. Harry and Jaclyn aren't official, but he's liked her since the day he met her, two years ago. Everybody who knows Harry knows that he like Jaclyn. He's asked her out multiple times, but she's said no because she knows how flirty he can be, and how he can't resist some other girls. Harry told her that he's going to change his ways for her, and I think that he's trying; it's really sweet.

I'm also friends with Zayn, Liam, and Louis' girlfriends, Natalie, Jessica, and Ashlin. They're from New York, and they all met through Natalie and Zayn. The girls are so friendly, and whenever they're here when I'm here we'll have a couple of "girl days." We've become really good friends over the last few months.

I walk into Louis and Harry's flat to hear Natalie yell, "MEGAN!!" She runs up and gives me a hug, and is soon followed by Ash and Jess. 

We all go and sit down on the couch, and Niall comes in and sits down next to me. I look at Liam, and I text him:

To Liam: Did you tell the girls?

He looks at me when he gets the text, and I see him typing and soon I receive.:

From Liam: No, I wanted you to tell them.

I look at Niall, and I say, "Guys, we have some new for you."

The three girls look at me as Niall continues, "We were just at the doctors."

Natalie says, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, Nat, don't worry I'm fine, it's just that I'm.... going to have a..... er.... baby."

They sit there shocked and finally Jess says, "Yay! I love shopping for baby clothes!"

I laugh, and Natalie says, "When are you due?"

Niall says, "April 4."

Ash says, "Aww, your baby is going to be so cute!"

I smile, "Thanks, Ash. It means a lot to have such supportive friends." I look at Niall, "Now the only person that I still have to tell is Jaclyn."

Niall asks, "Are you going to tell her over the phone or wait until she comes in August."

"I think I'm going to wait."

Niall says, "Okay, whatever you want."

I ask him, "Are you going to tell your mum?"

"Yeah, do you want to video chat her tonight?"

"Sure, she has to know!"

Niall's mom was the thrilled with the idea of the baby. She is so nice, and I've learned to love her like a second mum. Niall called his brother and dad to tell them, and they were also happy for us. I sat down on Niall's bed and say, "Niall, do you think it's weird how our parents aren't mad at us?"

He thinks for a miniute, "No, not really, I guess they know that we're going to be responible parents, so they're not worried."

I smile, "I guess so", I pause for a moment, "Do you think we're going be good parents."

He smiles, "Yeah, I do, and I know that our baby is going to be really loved, between us, our family, the lads, and our friends."

I smile, "Yeah", I snuggle up to him, "'m almost happy about this now."

He says, "I'm happy about it!"

I laugh, "Your happy about everything!"

He kisses my cheek, "I have to much to be happy about."

I look up at him, "I love you, Nialler."

He smiles, "I love you, too", and he kisses me.

Niall grabs my hand, "Come on, the pirates are catching up to us!"

I giggle at my best friend, "Oh, no, they got my leg!", I fall to the ground laughing, sand surrounding me.

Niall jumps around by my legs until he says, "I got them, lets go to the water, FAST."

We splash through the warm water, and Niall jumps on to me and tackles me.

I laugh and say, "Niall your nuts!"

He says, "Megan, you just broke my heart!"

I laugh and hug him, "Sorry Nialler."

He says, "I forgive you", he pauses and puts his hand out, "Best friends", and we do our handshake.

"Best friends."
