1. ZETO RULE
A .What is your understanding of ZETO Rules?
-ZETO means Zero Tolerance. To be follow and comply at all times. To ensure all activities are carried out in a safe manner and non-compliance is not tolerated.

B.How many ZETO RULES?
-10 rules. (7 DO’s Blue colour and 3 Don’t Do’s Red colour)

C. Explain one Zeto rules that affect your daily life at work and at home.
- Rule no 10-DO NOT USE MOBILE PHONE/WALKIE TALKIE WHILE DRIVING, FOLLOW THE SPEED LIMIT AND USE YOUR SEAT BELT.

D. What will happen if you do not follow ZETO rules?
-Disciplinary action if fail to comply. For contractor, snon compliance of the rules will be investigated. If confirmed not comply, written warning given, removal from site permanently/ temporary and may lead or result to termination of contract,

E. How does ZETO rules related to your daily operation?
-The relevant rules to be comply all times during operation, e.g Rule no 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10.

F. Application of ZETO Rules
-Apply at all site of operation (company vessel, PCSB site e.g platform and PCSB group of companies). Briefing, training, in house coaching, meeting conducted as best to apply rules to ensure all personnel apply and comply with the rules,

G. Action as Master if crew breaks the rules.
-Master will remind his crew, carry out briefing of the rules for compliance and might report to the management if reoccurrence.

A. How many PCSB HSE GUIDELINES are there?
-17 Guidelines such as:

B. Give two examples of PCSB Guidelines that you are familiar with?
-CIMMV (Charterer Instruction To Master of Marine Vessel), Fuel Bunkering Guideline ,Drug and Alcohol Guideline.

C. How many element are there in your company HSEMS?
-Company has SMS (SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) Manual. There are 12 elements as per ISM Code Requirement. The SMS consist of 4 volumes:
*Vol.1 –Safety Management Manual (SMM)
*Vol.2-Shipboard Operation Manual (SOM)
*Vol.3-Emergency Response Procedure (ERP)
*Vol.4-Form and Checklist (FORM)

D. What is your understanding on HSEMS?
-HSEMS-Health Safety Environment Management System.( PCSB has 9 elements). HSEMS is to identify and control the risk of health, safety and environment in a company systematically and documented, to achieve the objective of zero accident or incident to HSE.
