Wet Coconut 1 Cream 2-3spoons Saffron Cardamom powder Sugar 1 cup Butter paper Almond-Track

Method:
1.Remove the back brown part of coconut and then cut it into pieces. 2.Now grind the coconut in the mixer till the hard pieces are grind properly. 3.Take a non stick pan and add the grinded mixture of coconut and remove the extra amount of water from the coconut till 2-3 mints. 4.After the water get dried. 5.Add 2-3 spoons of cream by stirring it in the cup into the pan and mix it properly till 5mints. 6.Now add 1cup of sugar into the mixer and also 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix it well it gets nicely mixed into the coconut. 7.Now cut saffron into small pieces how much u required and add it into the above mixture and mix it well let the whole mixture 2-3 mint on the low steam. 8.Now get any plain plastic plate and cover it with butter paper and then add the mixture which u have prepared. 9.Keep it in fridge to cool for 2 to 3 hours or as ur wish till it get settled itself. 10.After 3 hours remove it from the fridge and place it into a plain plate and cut into square shape or any shape which u like,but barfi looks beautiful if it would be in square shape. 11.Now take almonds or track cut it into slices pieces and place it on each cut pieces. 12.Your coconut barfi is ready to serve....

Kacha Kopra 1 Malai/cream 2-3 spoons Zafran Elaichi Sugar 1 cup Butter paper Badam/Pista
Ye sab ingredients hai aur ab shuru karte hai pakwan....
Method:
1.Pehle kopra ka piche ke taraf ka brown colour nikalde aur kopra ku chote pieces me cut karde. 2.Kopra ke pieces ku grinder me grind karle. 3.Phir ek non stick pan me grind kareva kopra dale aur uske extra water nikalne tak 2-3 mint tak pakaye. 3. 2-3 mint bad,ek cup me 2-3 spoon malai/cream milakar achi tarah se us mixture me add kare aur pure mizture ko 5 mint tak lagatar pakaye phir 4. 5 mint bad 1 cup sugar dale aur 1 teaspoon elaichi dale aur achi tarah mix kare. 5.Ab zafran ku chote pieces me cut kare jitne apku chahiye aur usku add karde jo mixture apne banaya. 6. 2-3 mint tak achi tarah mix kare low steam pe. 7. Ab koi bhi sidi plate lekar usme butter paper pinaye aur phir apna mixture usme dale. 8.Mixture ko 2-3hours fridge me rakhe ya phir apki marzi se kitne bhi der rakhsakye hai. 9. 2-3 hours ke bad fridge me se nikalke aur phir usku kisi straight plate me nikal kar,butter paper ku alag karke. 10.Mixture ku square pieces me cut ya apki marzi se koi bhi shape me cut kare par agar barfi ku square me cut kare to acha lagta hai. 11.Cut karne ke bad,badam ya pista jo bhi apku pasand ho usku slices me cut kare aur barfi pe dabake lagye aur phir apki barfi ready hojayinge.. 12.Apki kopra barfi ready hogaye.
