You are stupid.
You are naive.
You have no friends.
And if you do it's because they feel bad for you.
You are a shitty person.
You are a bad friend.
A bad daughter.
A bad sister.
You are a terrible person.
When you get told this for a long long period of time. It comes to a point where you have started to believe it.
It has become a part of you and who you are as a person.
You can ignore the negativity all you want but it will always come back to get you.
Then once it does you get into the habit of not eating, getting little sleep, just sitting in a room alone, with music as depressing as you are. Music so loud you can barely hear yourself think and until your body feels numb and you have no feeling left in you.
Then you have that one person who asks you
"Are you okay?" And your response is. "I'm fine". But you know you are not fine.
Once you feel somewhat okay you go back to your life trying to find happiness again and finding that light you once saw before.
