The Girl In My Dreams

chapter 1 ;"Help me"

It was very dark probably past midnight It was very cold and noisy due to the heavy rain accompanied by wind,i pushed off my blanket and looked through my window and men it was raining cats and dogs, my alarm clock indicated that it was 2.00am...i suddenly saw the lightning hit my house brightly ,followed by thunder which hit my roof making the ground shake and so did my bed.

I looked here and there,though It was absurd but I could sense the feeling of not being alone.Well it was a scary night but if you ask me I would say it wasn't and that's just it with us men no one wants to be thought much less seen as a coward.

The lightning hit my room once again. Feeling disturbed I opened my eyes wider wondering why I still felt as if I had company in my room... it was not long the lightning hit me once more followed by thunder and oh my God infront of me was an image of a girl more like her shadow she was just standing and doing nothing. At first I thought my eyes were playing a trick on me but I believed them later having no choice but to stare straight to her face which was too dark to be seen.

Well am a guy who doesnt believes in the impossible more so in ghosts or anything related to them, judging from the image infront of me she had long hair and was dressed in a black dress ...i closed my eyes once again jus to be sure and on opening nothing had changed and the image was still there and Gush,my arms and legs froze in an instant....who is she..?

I opened my mouth but I didn't say a word as my lips were too heavy to speak I tried once again and there it came "hello is anybody there?" And jeez just like in the horror movies but there was no response.

Well I admit my question was too obvious as I already knew that she was a ghost what else could she be.😫

After a million of hesitations I decide to move out of Bed and walk towards her and this was after she showed no sign of response to my question. It was a little darker and maybe she responded but I didn't get that cause the rain was so loud and scary.

I moved out of Bed and tried to walk towards her I hardly took 5 steps she suddenly turned around and began to depart ..seriously? I couldn't help but walk towards her and to my surprise the mysterious girl started running and before I knew it I was running after her and man she ran as fast as the wind.

Out through my room down the stairs and out of the house teleporting through my door...i opened the door just to continue running after her, through the road to my house and into the bushes ...😲i didn't want to give up yet I was already soaked with the rain while shivering...and breathing hard just to realise I had lost her.

I sat down panting among the woods not knowing where I was dressed in my pajamas soaked and bearfooted covered by mad...all alone in the middle of nowhere then suddenly I felt it, a voice among the trees and it sayed

"HELP ME!! " ....was it her voice?

I stared here and there scared and suddenly

"HELP ME...PLEASE!"
she repeated accompanied by an echo followed by lightning then thunder then after some seconds a loud ring..... .TRRRRRRRRRrrrrr.....!It was my alarm.😴

And Dammit!It was just a dream and feeling sleepy I checked the time it was 8.00am in the morning.I signed hugh! Then moved out of Bed. I took off my pajamas and rushed to the shower. As i was bathing I noticed some muddy drops flowing from my feet and this was something I could not explain myself.
