Percy, Charlie and Bill have already had their Pearl papers and this year it was their twins. While Percy got his soulmate straight away a girl named Audrey in the year bellow but Bill had got his two years later a French girl that he had never met. While with Charlie he got his a year later then asked bill to read it then give it to him when his soulmate was getting hers. Bill already knew Charlie's soulmate was in Fred and Georges year so after they got theirs he would give it to him.
A couple of weeks ago the twins were told that they were getting their pearl papers as he had nicked named them at which all the fifth years went into a Frenzy.
So immediately sent a letter to Bill and started a prank war with three Ravenclaw's more commonly know as the mini marauders being Olivia Hope Lupin, Cecelia Isabelle Black and Jaylyn Lily Potter.
