We moved house AGAIN today. The 4th time this year. But i have to say this is the best place we've moved to yet. It's a small street with about ten houses on it. But its beautiful, each house is painted cream and the gardens are what makes them different. Some have hedges some just have grass and some just have a big tree in the middle of their garden like us. My mum and dad had work so they left me to unpack. Once I had I decided to sit outside in the tree and read Harry potter. (I actually love the Harry potter series book and movies, Draco is my favourite comment yours)
I read about one chapter before I heard someone singing but every now and then they let out a loud grunt. I followed the voice until I came across a boy my age (16) sitting on the curb infront of the house next to me. He was strumming on his guitar then looked at his phone and swore when he noticed it wasn't recording.
"Need help with that?" I ask as he looks up at me. The first thing I notice about him is his eyes. His bright blue eyes. Eyes I could get lost in for the rest of my life.
"Yes please" he replied
He handed me his phone and I recorded him singing a 30 second cover of Don't let me down. And oh boy could he sing. Once he finished i have his phone back to him and he smiled.
" Thank you. Oh and I'm Daniel by the way Daniel Seavey. I think I live next to you."
"Yeah you do. I'm Aaliyah. Aaliyah Mills." We stood in an awkward silence untill he broke it asking id we could hang out cause his parents were never at home. I agreed and told him mine weren't either but when they are they ignore me anyway. I told him we could hang at mine and he said he could but he had to put his guitar back. I walked to mine as Daniel walked to his house. I waited outside for him until I heard a groan and a bang. I walked over to his and saw he had his head against his door and he sighed every five seconds.
"What's wrong?" I laughed and he slowly lifted his head up
"I left my keys inside. Is it ok if I just bring it in with me?"
"Sure" he smiled as we began to walk back to mine.
We got inside and we began to watch a movie on the couch.
