“Hi Leeanne. I’m Bella Blaire, Phil’s best friend. I’m pleased to finally meet you.” Then she offered her hand to me, waiting for a handshake.

“I told you to get inside. It’s cold out here.” – Vano

“Nah. I just can’t help myself stop eavesdropping you guys. You’re funny.” She threw us a sweet smile. She took my hand and shook it.

“Again, I’m Bella Blaire. It’s nice to meet you.”

Okay. Speechless ako.

“Still impatient as ever, Blaire? Can’t even wait for me to formally introduce you to her.” She looked at her, then at me.

“You always make me wait, Phil. I’ve been looking forward to meeting Leeanne but your PMS a while ago hindered our warm introduction. Now that you’re in the mood, I might as well introduce myself.”

Ngayon ko lang napansin, nakahawak pa rin sakin si BB habang naguusap sila ni Vano.

“Uhm, ikinagagalak ko ding makilala ka, BB.” Tapos nginitian ko sya.

“BB?”

“I mean, Bella Blaire.” I smiled awkwardly.

“Oh, I almost heard it as baby.” Then she laughed. “Anyways, Phil, you better take her home now. It’s getting dark and her parents might be looking for her.” She looked at me. “As for you, Leeanne, I think we should hang out. I bet we’re gonna be best of friends.”

“Ah sige kita-kits na lang, Blaire. Nice to meet you ulit! Babye!” sabi ko tapos pumasok na sa loob ng kotse.

“Get inside.” Ivan ordered Blaire. Nasa labas parin sila at nag-uusap.

“Okay, okay. I’m gonna get in.” She said raising her hands like a surrendering burglar. “But Mr. Jealous, cut the argument now, okay? She’s not done anything wrong, you know that.” Then she winked.

Wait lang, Mr. Jealous daw?

Nagseselos si Vano? Kanino? May nangyari ba sa date nila kanina?

Then a thought struck me.

Right. Ivan’s jealous because of Kevin.

Duh, ang slow mo talaga Leeanne Faye.

I looked at Blaire as she gracefully walked inside the gate.

She’s got that long chesnut brown wavy hair with matching brown eyes, her pointed nose is perfectly carved in her heart-shaped face, then her kissable lips... She’s freakin gorgeous. Crush ko na sya. <3

“Hey.” Biglang sabi ni Vano na nasa tabi ko na pala. Now he’s showing me his perfect set of teeth samantalang kanina, he was throwing me his death glare. Ganun ba kalakas ang epekto ni Blaire sa kanya?

And there, bigla na lang may kung anong kumirot sa loob ko.
