Chapter 1

Mina's POV

Today is March 25, 2097. Its been 2 years since this war has started and I am lucky to still be alive. Well later on today we are going to invade the enemies base in the 10th quadrant. We are hiding our on the next planet over which I decided to name Reitune. In about 10 earth hours we will start our attack on the enemy.

"Hey Mina, hurry up it's time to eat"!

I looked up from my journal seeing Tony, one of my best friends on the force.I got up and closed my journal.

"I'm on my way, I am going to need all the energy I can get. So I can crush those imperial soldiers to smithereens".

Tony and I laughed as we made our way to the eating area. We got our food or also known as slop, and he sat down to eat.

"Look guys it's Mina, the only girl and weakest one in sector 26".

Everyone laughed at Jack's comment, Tony and I didn't.

"Your so right, Jack. I am only a little girl what am I doing here. I should be at home washing dishes".

I said in my most sarcastic voice. I stood up and walked over to Jack and his friends. I looked up at him with his stupid smirk on his face.

"I know I'm right Mina, I usually am".

I rolled my eyes and grabbed his wrist, with a smirk now on my face.

"Well since I'm only a small weak girl i wouldn't be able to do this"!

I flipped him heavily on his back, seeing the pain in his eyes. Everyone started laughing at Jack. I heard my name being called by none other than General Sam himself.

"Mina, you in my tent this instant young women"!

Everyone continued laughing but now at me, I sighed and made my way to the General's tent.

"Sorry General, I let my emotions control my muscles again".

I used my most apologetic voice I have ever used while looking at the General. He was sitting at his desk with the plans of attack on them. He sighed deeply while crossing his arms.

"Mina this is the fourth time you caused trouble with Jack. One more time your going back to Mars to really wash dishes".

I nodded keeping my head down even while walking out. When I walked out I saw Tony waiting for me.

"What is your punishment now Mina, so we can get started now".

I smirked a bit and crossed my arms looking at Tony

"Oh, I have to clean all 200 ships before sundown".

Tony's jaw dropped fora second then he looked determined.

"Don't worry, we will be able to get it done before sundown".

I giggled slightly at his actions. I shook my head at him.

"I'm just kidding, he didn't tell me yet so we are fine".

Tony frowned and started to walk back to his tent

"Hey wait for me dummy"!

I caught up to him and walked together. We each went into our separate tents and headed straight to bed.

I had a weird feeling that during our invasion something big is going to happen.
