NOTES:
- It is said that you are connected to someone by a small, invisible red string. That person is referred to as your 'soul-mate'.
- They're are different ways to tell you found your soul-mate:
+ at first everything is an assortment of black, white, and grey. Once you've laid eyes on your soulmate everything will have color.
+ you and your soulmate share markings on your body - cuts, bruises, scars, etc. - pen will not show up!
+ you and your soulmate will have an identical tattoo on the underside of your wrist. It is usually something you both share in common- drawing would be a pencil, cooking = pot or pan, reading=book, etc.
I close my notebook and sigh. Without noticing I start to stare at the clock waiting for the bell to ring to signal that its time for 4th period. It was only 3rd period and I was already waiting until school was over. But hey, aren't I lucky, I have a math test as soon as this is period is over.
-time skip to 7th period-
Thank god that last period is just art. If I had P.E last period I would mentally freak out because I have to catch the bus home. And just imagine missing the bus just because you couldn't change out of your gym clothes in time. It would suck.
I was drawing a random character in my notebook because the assignment was to draw something original with a backstory. In the end I drew a girl wearing a mint green waist high skirt, a pink crop top sweater, (I kid you not they exist) knee high socks, high tops, and a bunny mask. She needed the bunny mask to see, because she's blind and the mask has bionic eyes built into the mask. Her backstory is that her soulmate went blind in a car crash. She had the soul mate share self markings path, so just like her soulmate she went blind. In this case no longer being able see her surroundings she had someone build her a bionic eye mask in the form of a bunny. Honestly I think the storyline is a bit cringe worthy but its not like were getting graded on this.
The bell rang not long after I turned in my assignment. I ran to the bus making sure I didn't miss it today because today was special. Tommorow I would be 15. Receiving what kind of path I would share with my soulmate. I couldn't wait.

Hey guys author-chan here and I just wanted to clear stuff up. I want to explain soulmate 'paths' i'm pretty bad at explaining things but bear with me.
Self markings path = you and your soulmate share markings, pen doesn't show up, share cuts, bruises, self harm stuff - more depressed path
Share tattoo path = a tattoo is shared with your soulmate
Black and white path = you are born to a world of black and white until you lay eyes on your soulmate.
So you receive a path on your 15th birthday unless your path is black and white because you're born with it. If your path is black and white you stay with until you see your soulmate. The other two Paths you see color forever. You receive the tattoo or marking path on the night of your 15th birthday.
Sorry if its repetitive I'm really bad at explaining stuff.
