I kept my eyes closed though I was fully aware of her staring at me. She made it quite obvious. The bed had shifted a little when she leaned over me. Her hand was pressing down slightly on my chest. The corners of my eyes began to twitch, begging me to open them so I could look at her. But I wouldn't I wanted to see what she would do. She placed her chin on my shoulder her breath warm on my neck, enough to drive a man crazy. Suddenly she got brave. She brushed a strand of hair away from my face. I made a note to thank her later because that bit of hair was making my nose itchy. Her head and hand disappeared from my chest. I got worried. My eyes were about to open when she pressed her lips lightly against mine. A smile spread across my face and a gasp escaped from Megan.
"You bastard." She slapped my chest and I broke out laughing. Megan turned her back on me trying to hide her red face from me. I sobered up a little and sat up.
"Oh come on Megs." Nothing. "I couldn't help myself." I could almost see the steam rolling out from her ears. I placed my hand on her waist, her body stiffened. A smirk came on my face. I moved closer to her but made sure to not make a sound. I leaned my head over so my lips were just by her ear. "Come on hun." I tried to make my voice sound deep but it broke and I started laughing again. Megan turned around and started hitting me with a pillow. I grabbed a near by pillow and hit her over the head. Megan stopped and narrowed her eyes at me.
"You are so dead." She jumped at me abandoning her pillow and using her fists as weapons instead. We continued to fight like that until we heard a muffled shout coming from outside the door. We both stopped confused as to what that was. Megan was now sitting on me with her fists raised. She was breathing heavily after her little ambush. Her hair was messed up in her bun. I scowled looking up at her. She rolled her eyes at me knowing exactly what I was thinking.
"Will you stop complaining about my hair?" She said lowering her fists but still not getting off of me.
"Just please let me take it down." I reached out to grab her bobbin when she tried to wriggle away. I kept trying when I flipped her over so she was beneath me.
"Please don't." She said using her puppy dog eyes on me. I shook my head in defeat and she smiled triumphantly. I couldn't let her feel superior for too long. I leaned down and kissed her. My hand moved from her waist to her neck. I slipped my hand behind her head and was just about to do it when she pulled away.
"You are not seeing my hair down." She then rolled out from beneath me and stood up.
"I'm going to make sure theses idiots are ok." She told me as she wrapped a cardigan around her. I stood up quickly and hugged her from behind. "Do not tell the girls about me waking you up this morning." She said as she placed a kiss on my cheek. She reached her hand out to turn the door handle when I pulled her back.
"Why not? I quite liked being waken up like that." I said before I enough knew what was coming out of my mouth. Both of us had pink cheeks before I nodded at her to leave. But she turned too fast and slammed into the door. She stepped back too embarrassed to look at me and then left. I placed my hands on the door smiling like an idiot. This is what that girl does to me. Ever since she walked out of the dressing room one day at training my head has been turned to mush. But I wouldn't have it any other way.
I messed my hair up a tiny bit trying to look like I had just woken up. There was some noise coming from the sitting room as I made my way down the hall. Josh was about to explode from trying not to laugh. I ignored him and walked straight over to Megan. She seemed all confused as to what the others were talking about. Remembering what happened this morning I smiled and lightly kissed her.
"You didn't wake me up this morning?" Everyone behind me burst into laughing. Megan's cheeks were bright red. I thought it was because of her waking me up but it turned out it wasn't that simple. It never is with these people.
