A Vampire's Touch

Chapter 6 ~•Cameron•~

He opens his closet and opens a door that's in his closet.

"Lady's first," he says while gesturing for me to go in.

I hesitate then walk in, and there's a bunch of stairs. I walks up the stairs, and I feel Ethan behind me. I open another door and I realize that I'm in a green house type of thing. I look around and see a bunch of plants and some animals in cages. I gasp in astonishment, this is so beautiful.

"You like it?" Ethan asks.

"This is amazing." I say while walking forward.

I got to a cage with a yellow bird in it. I put my fingers through the cage bars and pet the bird.

"He usually doesn't let people pet him. But he really seems to like you," says Ethan behind me.

I turn around and Ethan isn't there.

"Ethan?" I say while walking down the aisle of plants and animals.

"Grace, over here," I hear Ethan's voice say behind me.

I turn around and see nothing again.

"Ethan? This isn't funny!" I say while laughing too.

I hear fast movements around me, but each time I turn I don't see anything. All of a sudden someone tackles me lightly to the ground. I look up to see Ethan on top of me.

"Oops sorry," he says.

We stare at each other for a while, then I laugh. I lightly punch his shoulder.

"You're an idiot!"

"I take that as a compliment," Ethan says while getting up.

He holds his hand out, I grab it and he gets me up.

"Follow me."

I follow him through the green house. We go to a door and he opens it. I feel a cool breeze and I walk forward. I realize that we're on top of the mansion.

Ethan walks to the side and sits down, and I walk and sit beside him. Our legs touch and I feel a small spark go through me.

"Lie down, you can see the stars," Ethan says while lying down.

I lie down too and look up at the beautiful night sky. I look at the stars and make shapes with them.

"That looks like a giraffe," I say while pointing at the stars.

"That one looks like a midget."

I laugh at the midget stars Ethan pointed out.

"That looks like a worm."

"I don't like worms," Ethan says while shivering.

I turn my body around and look at Ethan. He turns his body to look at me too.

"Really? I used to pick up worms all the time. Now I'm gonna put worms in your room."

Ethan gasps. "You wouldn't!"

I smile. "I would!"

"Oh, I forgot to tell you. My dad took the lock off your door. So you can leave your room and your not trapped."

"Now that gives me a chance to put worms in your room," I say while laughing.

Ethan reaches towards me and starts to tickle me.

"Stop!" I scream while laughing.

He wraps his arms around me and tickles me even more. I squirm in his grip. Finally he stops tickling me, and I look up at his eyes. We are so close together that I can feel his breathe on me.

"You are so different, and I like that. You are so unique and beautiful," Ethan says to me.

I smile and blush. I look down but Ethan puts his hand under my chin and lifts my head.

"Don't hide your smile."

After the time with Ethan, I go back to my room to go to bed. I change into my night clothes and go into bed. I move side to side, and I toss and turn. I try to sleep but I can't.

Finally I fall asleep.

I feel like a feather again. I'm falling down from the sky like my other dream.

I plunge into the ocean and I'm back at the bottom of it. I try to swim up but the seaweed is stuck on my ankle.

Someone grabs me and pulls me out. I breathe in the air and I'm on a bed again. I'm chained up too.

"Awake again?"

I look to my side to see Cameron this time. He walks towards my squirming body.

"Welcome to hell darling!"

He leans in with his sharp fangs.

I scream and bolt upright in bed. I wipe the sweat on my face and breathe slowly.

"Are you okay?"

I look up and see Ethan walk in my room.

"I heard you screaming," he says while walking forward.

"It was a bad dream."

"Again?"

"Ya."

He gets on the bed and lies down beside me.

"I hope this helps," he says.

I smile and put my head on his shoulder.

"It will definitely help."
