Hiding the truth!

Chapter 8

I went to get water but the water wouldnt come out the tap. I saw a full can of redbull, i shrugged and put that in and put ti in the coffee machine.I put my mug under the special tpa and in seconds i had a hot cup of coffee.

"one coffee!" i said as i got back through. i topok a sip and i cringed "not a coffee fan?" she asked and i nodde d"i am but this is a redbull coffe, our tap isnt working!" i said and she looked at me "so you put redbull in it?" she asked and i nodded "yeh why?" i asked and she shook her hea d"nevermind!" she said and i downed the liquid and she just looked at me,

"have you done that before?" she asked and i nodded "its not that hard to down something!" i said and she smiled "no the mixture you concoxed!" she said and i shook my hea dbut regretted it. I held my hea din my hands "its worse!" i said quietly "this is amusing, im glad i came here!" Miss Farlen said and i groaned,

"Batman i sstaring the pervert!" i said looking through the glass counter at Batman and Miss Farlen laughed a bit "hes not real!" she said and i looked at her "you take that back, he si to real!" i said and she looked amused,

"aww sweetie hes not, nor are superheros!" she said and i glared at her and she laughed a bit "you have insulted me deaply!" i said and she nodded. I suddenly felt sick and she looked at me "you okay?" she asked and i shot to the back room and went in the toilet and threw up everything i had.

I felt someone rub my back and it was helping. I flushed the toliet and rinsed my mouth with some water "look water!" i said and Miss Farlen laughed a bit and shook her head "i dont think you'll be having a redbull coffee again!" she said and i shook my head "it wasnt the coffee, ive been sick most of the day so dont worry!" i said and she shook her hea,d

"you should have stayed of school!" she said and i shrugged "oh well!" i said and walked back through to the shop and Miss Farlen rested her arms on the counter. The door jingled and Jeff came in "Phoenix!" he cheered and i smiled "hey buddy!" i said and he frowned "you dont look good!" he said and Mis Farlen smirked,

"told you!" she said and i shook my head "dont owrry buddy, ehre!" i said and gave him his comic and he smile d"thanks Phoenix here!" he said and gave me the money " get your mum to sing to you, thats what mine does and it always makes me feel better!" he said and i frowned "thansk!" i said and he nodded and left.

I sat on the chair and just sat there "you okay?" Miss Farlen asked and her voice was full of concern and i nodded "yeh fine!" i said and she sighed "sure?" she asked and i nodded "yup!" i said. The door chimmed and it was Bill.

"hey you all done?" he asked and i nodde.d He went int he back and in the safe and gave me a brown envelope "wages, see you Monday!" he said and i gave him the keys and i left with Miss Farlen behind me.

"need a lift home?" she asked and i nodded "sure!" i said and she smiled and i followed her to her car. I got in her passenger side door and she drove me home "whats up since Jeff came in you been down?" she asked and i shook my head "nothin' its fine!" i said and she nodded,

"you knwo you can talk to me about things, i am here for you!" she said and i smiled "and i get you to smile!" she said and i laughed a bit "whatever!" i said and she smiled. She parked outside and i smiled "thanks for the lift and im blaming you for the coffee idea!" i said and she smiled,

"i didnt suggest to put Redbull in it!" she said and i shrugged "but if it wasnt for you i wouldnt have had coffee so its you!" i said and she smiled and shook her head Whatever, is someone home to look after you?" she asked and i sighed,

"yeh its fine!" i said and she looked at me "you dont seem so sure!" she said and i nodded"i am!" i said but i knew she didnt believe me "i kow your lying, your lip twitches and it does that alot so why you lying?" she asked and i sighed,

"im home alon alot but dont worry!" i said and she looked at me "are you hoem alone at the moment?" she asked and i shrugged "not sure, thanks for the ride!" i said trying to end the conversation,

"sure your gonna be okay?" she asked and i sighed "are you always like this?" i asked and she smiled "its only cos i care about you!" she said and i smiled someone cares about me.

"thanks!" i said and she smiled "sure your gonna be okay?" she asked and i groaned "seriously if it puts your mind at ease you can come up!" i said and she smiled "i was joking!" i said and she shrugged "you still said it and i am your teacher concerned abotu a pupil so lets move!" she said and i groaned and got out fo the car.

She followe dme up the stairs and to my flat, number nine. I unlocked the door and i looked around and my mum wasnt there. "hoem sweet hoema nd all that crap!" i said and she nodded "parents not home?" she asked and is hook my head and took my jacket off,

"no sorry, satisfied?" i asked and she looked around. I tried my best to keep it tidy and im glad it is utherwise i dont knwo what i would have done. She nodded "yup okay!" she said and i smiled "okay then!" i said and she followed me to the door.

I went to reach for the handel the same time she did and our hands touched again and we looked at each other, crap!

We looked at each other, we were close togeth and i could feel her minty breath on mine. I looekd into her eyes and i couldnt take it. They were drawing me in so i kissed her. I felt her soft lips on mine and she put her hand on the back of my neck pulling me closer.

We pulled away and just looked at each other in shock "did that just happen?" i asked and she nodded "crap!" i said and she gulped "i gotta go!" she said and i opned the door and she left.

Crap what have i done She's my teacher for god's sake nothing else. Crap, Crap,Crap! I sighed and shook my head. i was sick again and i missed her rubbing my back as it hurt bwhen i was throwing up.

I crawled into bed feeling like shit and regretting everything about my life and i fell asleep regretting everything.
