Wait! I'm Bionic?

Chapter 3

    I lay my head on Danny's shoulder and I guess I fell asleep, because Danny wakes me up a while later.
     "How long did I sleep?" I ask him.
     "An hour I think." He says.
     "So whatcha want to do?" I ask.
     "Walk around the island again since last time we got interrupted." He grabs my hand this time and we walk out of the training room. Once the ocean breeze hits my face I spin around. Then I remember I need to feed fishy.
      "Hey, can we go and feed Fishy really quick?" I ask.
      "Ya sure." He says and I grab his hand and pull him to the mentors quarters. Once we get in there, Adam, Leo, Chase, Bree, Kaz, Oliver, Skylar, and Aiden are in there. I let go of Danny's hand once I saw Aiden, don't want him mad today.
      "Hey guys." I say as I walk over to Fishy. Danny follows and starts to get Fishy's food.
     "Finally you're awake." Aiden says.
     "Dude, I didn't even know I fell asleep." I tell him. Danny hands me Fishy's food and I give it to him.
     "Good food Fishy?" I ask him.
     "Yes very." I hear a voice in my head.
     "Is that you talking, Fishy?" I whisper ask him. I didn't want to others to think I'm crazy.
     "Ya it is. I'm glad I came to talk to you, a shark was about to eat me." Fishy tells me.
     "This is so cool!" I yell and everyone looks at me.
     "What?" Danny asks.
     "I can talk to Fishy and he can talk to me." I tell him.
     "Ya, right how can he?" Chase mocks me. I walk over to him and get in his face.
      "Mock me again and see what happens." I tell him.
      "Try me." Chase says. I step back and lift him in the air with my molecularkinesis.
      "Put me down." He says.
      "No not yet, can you swim?" I ask him. I start to move him by the ocean.
      "Rory, stop it." Aiden says.
      "No he's being a jerk. He thinks I'm stupid because I have an ablite that's never been seen before, so no I won't stop it. I'm tired of being pushed around and people thinking I'm stupid." I tell him and go outside with Chase in the air. Aiden keeps telling me to stop and put him down. I guess Uncle Douggie saw this because I hear his voice next.
        "Aurora! Put Chase down." He yells.
        "No! Chase is a jerk, he's making fun of my ablites." I yell at him.
         "Rory, stop before your commando app comes on." Douggie says. I look at the ground, I really don't want that to happen. I bring him down to the ground slowly and walk off. Danny yells my name but I just keep walking. I find a room to clam down in, I can't believe I got that mad. It was sorta Chase's fault, but I never told them that I'm dyslexic, then hearing Aiden had natural smarts it made it worse. I try twice as hard as him to get my grades good enough to pass. I lay down and fall asleep.

   Someone shakes me awake, I open my eyes and see Danny. I sit up and see I'm in the living room.
       "How long was I out?" I ask as I get up.
       "An hour I think. Say on the couch, you had a rough day." Danny says.
       "Ya I guess, why were you so upset when Chase was mocking you. I know he's super smart but when he does that me I just smake him." He asks and tells me. I go into a ball and let out a sigh.
       "I have dyslexia, I've been mocked my whole life. That's why I get mad when someone does it, I just guess I let it all out on Chase. Then Douggie talked about my commando app, it just clicked, plus I don't want my commando app to work. I don't want to hurt my friends." I tell him.
        "Oh, that does make a sense. Danny scoots close to me, "And if your commando app does come on I'll make sure to get you to calm down." He gives me a hug.
        "Thanks Danny." I hug him back, and when he let's go I kiss him cheek.
        "I'm surprised that no girls like you." I tell him.
        "Yup, but I do have my eyes on one girl." He says. I get up and go feed Fishy.
        "You okay now?" Fishy asks.
        "Ya, I'm probably gonna go find Chase and apologize." I tell Fishy.
        "Okay good, he like everyone else looked worried. But that boy, Danny, was worried the most." Fishy tells me.
         "Thanks, I'm gonna go find Chase." I tell Fishy. I tell Danny and I go find Chase.
     I finally found him in the training room.
         "Hey Chase." I say.
         "Ya hi." He says rudely.
         "I just wanted to say I'm sorry, I got mad from you mocking me, I guess I just snapped, I've had people mock me since I was little. So if your still mad I understand, just wanted to let you know I'm sorry." I tell him and start to walk away.
          "Hey, it's fine. Aiden explained that you have dyslexia, and if I was you I would probably do the same thing." He says. I nod and Chase opens his arms for a hug. I walk up to him and give him a hug.
        "Thanks Chase." I get out of the hug. He nods and I go find Danny.
       Danny ends up finding me and we sit in the living room of the mentors quarters.
       "So everything better with Chase now?" He asks.
       "I'm guessing, still a rocky spot but at least it'd be a little better since I apologized." I tell him, "I hope it's okay." We sit on the couch. I end up just snuggling into Danny's side.

   I guess I end up falling asleep, again, but this time I think Danny did too. I hear pictures being taken and I slowly wake up. I see everyone, the team, Adam, Leo, Aiden, even Uncle Douggie and Donnie. I try to get up more but it doesn't work because of Danny.
       "Hey guys." I rub the back of my neck.
      "Hello Aurora." Aiden says, I roll my eyes at him. He's doing his protective older brother thing again.
      "You guys are do cute!!" Bree gusses. I laugh at her and detach myself from Danny.
       "Stop." Danny mumbles. I lean down and whisper in his ear.
       "Danny, your family, my brother, Kaz and Oliver are in here. Wake up by yourself or I'll go get some cold water." He wakes up as soon as I said that.
        "Please no water." He says and I laugh. I get up and grab a water. The boys end up going outside so I'm stuck inside with Bree and Skylar asking me questions.
       "Sooo what's up with you and my brother?" Bree asks.
       "Whatcha mean?" I ask.
       "You know exactly what I mean." Bree says.
       "Ya, whatcha want to know?" I ask her.
       "Are you dating? Do you like him? I have a million more sister." She says and I laugh.
       "The first one, no we are not dating. And two, yes I do." I tell her. Bree does a little happy dance.
       "My baby brother has a girlfriend, my baby brother has a girlfriend." She chants as the boys walk in. I faceplam and walk over to Bree to shut her up. I super speed to get a bandana and rap it around her mouth. I look at Danny and I'm a 100% sure that I'm blushing. I mouth sorry, I grab a hold of Skylar and super speed out of the room.  Once I'm on the other side of the island. I look at Bree, I'm fuming mad.
        "Seriously Bree! Of all things you could of done, you do that! Ooh" I groan, I pull my hair a little, "He's the first boy I've ever liked, and it may of been runed." I sit on the ground. She looks around.
        "You know this is where Daniel used his bionics for the first time." She tells me, "He was using Leo's bionics and threw a like force field ball, it hit this hydrogen tower. Then he helped Adam fix it."
        "How does that help with the situation?" I ask.
        "It doesn't, but if you'll talk to him it might. You know since he's here." She says. I was about to talk then I heard Danny.
        "Ya it might." He says. I want to turn to face him but I can't so I keep looking at the sea. Bree and Skylar walk away. Danny sits next to me.
        "You know to talk we sorta have to look at each other once in a while." He tries to get me to crack a smile.   
       "Fine." I look at him, "So whatcha want to talk about?"
        "Um how about earlier? You know, when you told my sister you like me then we walked in while she was chanting 'My baby brother has a girlfriend' then you ran out with her and Skylar." He says.
         "Ya, that was interesting." I rub the back of my neck.
        "Ya, but it did help me a little." Danny says, "I finally got to know that you like me. And now you know I like you." I snap my head so fast to look at him.
       "W...what?" I stutter.
       "Ya, and was that true, I'm the first guy you've ever liked?" He asks.
       "Ya, I've always been around boys my whole life and I never really thought they were cute until I started hanging out with Liv in the 6th grade. She was always talking about the 'cute' boys I always hang out with. I thought it was gross since most of them where my brother's friends." I tell him, "And I'm glad you're the first boy I've really liked." I face him at the last part.
           "I'm glad too." He grabs my hand. I smile at his action.
           "So what to do now?" I ask him.
           "How 'bout this?" He puts his hand on my cheek and kisses me.
