Color Deprivation

A sea of black and white,

I find myself sailing through.

No color is to be seen,

I feel myself being sucked into,

the depths of my colorless environment.

I find myself question,

the very reason why I'm here.

One must add color,

but the question is how.

Moving at a uniformal pace,

daring, I begin to race.

As I'm racing I notice,

something that would amaze one.

A hint of blue now green,

begins to float towards me.

I keep racing,

my surroundins becoming more amazing.
