It was a chilly day, and young Harry had forgot his jacket at home.  He was huddled under the play structure, hugging his legs in hopes to keep warm.  His cheeks were pink from the wind, and his eyes shining.  He looked around, hoping that no one would notice him.  He hated the big kids who were always so mean to him.  They pushed him, and stole his things, and called him words that Harry did not understand, like "gay".  Harry wondered what that meant.  He didn't think it sounded like a bad thing, so he wondered why they called him that.  He peeked around the corner, and saw the group of boys.  They looked around the playground, and when they spotted Harry, they trotted over to him.

"Where's your jacket little boy?", one of them sneered.

Harry stuttered, and looked down at his feet in shame.  His cheeks and ears glowed red with anger and embarrassment.

"Well, kid, are you gonna answer me or not?".

Harry again looked down, avoiding the cruel gaze of his onlookers.  The boy kicked Harry in the stomach, making him double over.  Suddenly, an older boy walked up behind them.

"Lads, a problem?", he asked.

"Yeah, this arse won't tell us where his bloody jacket is," said the meanest of the mean.

"Its right here," said the boy who was coming to the rescue.

He extended a hand down to Harry, and helped him up.  He slid the jacket around Harry's shoulders, and his arm around him too.

"Oooooo, look who's got a boyfriend now......" jeered the mean boys.

Harry looked up at the boy who had his arm kindly around his shoulders.

"What is a boyfriend?" asked Harry.

The older boy replied, "A boyfriend is someone who cares a lot about you, and will love you no matter what."

"That sounds like a nice thing to have," said Harry, "Whats your name?"

"My name is Louis."  Said the older boy.

"Lets be boyfriends!" Harry said.

"Hmmmm....Forever?" asked Louis.

"Forever," confirmed Harry.

Harry took one of Louis' hands, and swung them as they walked.  He looked up at the boy who had saved him from the bullies, and grinned.

Louis looked down at Harry, this tiny little boy, with the biggest heart that Louis had ever seen.  His little face was framed with chocolatey brown curls, and his eyes glittered green.

Louis was so caught up in Harry's sweet face, that he didn't notice Harry tumble down onto the ground, pulling Louis on top of him.
"Oops," said Harry.

Louis looked down at Harry. "Hi," he whispered.
