A/N - In every pack, the ranks are different. These are mine.
Alpha (x1/x2) - Eclipse and Rowena
As leader(s) of the pack, Alpha(s) try their best to keep up with what's happening within the pack. They see each of the pack members as family and make important decisions that reflect the growth of the pack. The Alpha(s) creates the rules for the pack and makes sure they are properly enforced. Alpha(s) decides on ranking, courting, assessments, and banishments of wolves. The Alpha(s) calls group hunts and decides when and where to hunt, along with the Beta(s) and Hunters. The Alpha(s) have the final say so in everything, yet act only for the good of the pack.
Cannot Challenge
Beta (x1/x2) - Yenn
Second leader(s) of the pack. Helps the Alpha(s) with decisions. Becomes Alpha when the previous Alpha(s) dies, resigns, or leaves the pack. The Beta(s) also take the role of Alpha when the Alpha(s) cannot perform their duty, due to injury, illness or excused absence.

Delta (x1/x2) - None
Wolves that are trained to take the place of Beta, whether it is because the Beta(s) die, resign, or advance into the rank of Alpha. The Delta(s) also take the role of Beta when the Beta(s) cannot perform their duty, due to and injury, illness or excused absence. (Very rare occurrence.)

Theta (x1) - None
The healers of the pack. Thetas take care of sick or injured wolves, and tend to the pack. They ensure that the pack stays healthy and strong.

Elders (x10) - None
The wise and old wolves of the pack. The rank Elder signifies that wolves have grown too old to perform their duty. They are taken care of by the pack, and are to be respected.

Sentinel (x4) - None
The wolves who patrol and guard the pack's territory. They ensure the pack's safety, breaking up skirmishes and greeting new visitors.

Hunter (xInfinite) - None
Tracker (x2) - None
Ambusher (x4) - None
The wolves who hunt and feed the pack. They make up the majority of the pack, since when a wolf reaches adulthood, they automatically get promoted to this rank. Two titles of the ranked Hunter are the Ambusher and Tracker. These titles are given to those ranked Hunters that are exceptionally skilled with certain hunting techniques.
(Ambusher is a slightly higher rank than Tracker.)
Challengeable by lower ranks
Hunters may challenge Ambushers or Trackers, if Alpha approves (tests of skill and such are included in the challenge)
Scout (x10) - None
Scouts are responsible for warning the Pack of dangerous territory outside the pack territory, if any. Scouts are mainly wolves known by neighboring packs and visit around often. They stay in touch with other packs and keep friendly relations. They are to report any important changes to the Alpha and Beta.

Pup (x10) - None
The young of the pack. They become hunters after their adolescent stage, so after 10 moons/months. At half that age (5 months) they are to be taken in and trained by either a Hunter, or a Scout, if there are spots left open.

The female wolves who give birth and or take care of pups. (Self explanatory.)

Omega (x1 [flexible]) - None
The Omega is a wolf that has committed treason to the pack, was disrespectful to the higher ranks, or is a wolf that the pack is not completely trustworthy (newer recruits).
