Andy tends to get overlooked a lot... To be fair, he doesn't really do as much musically as the others.
"Martin's obviously the songwriter, and Dave is this sort of energetic frontman. And they get most of the attention, you know, but I'm quite pleased to be quietly in the background, to be honest."
But also, he helps do a lot of talking for Martin, and often had to work as an intermediary in the band. Fletch also pretty much managed the band during their early years. He did a lot more behind the scenes, keeping things together. Like glue. He's the glue-man.
