Test Subject 45

Introduction

The security officer was awoken by a CCTV alarm, a small red light was flickering next to the mouse of the computer. It was 2:17AM, The officer had Dogwatch throughout the night and had fallen asleep. He went up to the monitor, moving the mouse to wake up the computer, as it woke he yawned. The camera feed was already open from earlier and one of the cameras were out, he tried checking the recordings to see what might have happened but was greeted with a corrupt file. He grabbed his flashlight and keys, checked he had his gun and walked out of the door, being careful to lock it behind him. It wasn't a very friendly neighbourhood to say the least, robberies and thefts were committed far too often for such a small town, the teenagers were usually to blame though, most were greeted with fines, disappointed parents and probations, whereas the worse ones were locked away for a few weeks in addition to the disappointed parents.

Luckily not much activity had been going on in the streets lately, it was mostly quiet Nowadays. But security and camera feeds were still watched over frequently as suspicious figures would lurk the town once in a while.
