Mikasa in a jealous state Part 1

Eren woke up with his head pounding from the side of his temples.

Eren: what .... What happened? 

All he could remember was hearing Mikasa telling him something about how she thanked him for wrapping this scarf around her neck and for keeping her alive after all these years. A image of her with tears in her eyes and a blushed smile across here face kept coming back to him. But then he could remember the Titan who are his mother flashing lights in his head making his pain a hundred times worse. 

Eren: I .... I have to .. See the captain. Got to find him and ask what..... arrrrgggggghhh what the hell is going on. 

Eren stumbled several times trying to get out of the r bed he was lying in. But his legs felt like jelly, his head was on fire and throbbing uncontrollably, and his insides felt like they were dissolving. The thoughts of what just happened hours ago kept bitting at him causing a urge to scream and shout for someone to tell him what the Fuck was going on. 

Eren: ..... Cough# cough# .... thirsty ... so thirsty. Can't understand why and where I am. 

Just then the door to the room he was in opened and in the door way stood a short but intimidating figure. It was captain levi he stood with surprisingly a concerned face. 

Levi: eren ... EREN are you alright you were making such a ruckus I thought it would be best for me to come up here and check on you. 

Eren looked and tried to just process what he just heard. Captain levi showing concern for him? No it was a joke he never cared for a titan shifter at most for giving him a glass of water. And sure enough the Captain had a glass of water in his hands giving it to eren. 

Eren: thank you sir 

With that eren slowly not wanting to choke himself began to slurp down the water. With captain Levi staring at him with a look of urge. This made eren feel uneasy as feeling he did something wrong. The last time eren felt this way was when the judge gave him over to the Scout Regiment and he was ridding with the old Levi squad. Eren had been ridding on his horse calmly until an old friend who was now passed named oullou kept telling him his fate if he was to slip. Eren had just at that moment turned around to gaze at captain Levi only to find him staring at him first. His look was a stern, cautious  and alarmed look making eren feel of he were to lose it the Captain would have ended him quickly. 

Eren brought back to the present stopped drinking and looked at the Captain with a nervous look and asked ...

Eren: sir is there anything in doing wrong? 

Levi: no eren .... it's just we have to talk about something before you go down stairs. 

Eren unable to comprehend what was so urgent apart from the questions eating at him nodded his head and sat himself up against the wall ready to hear what levi has to say. 

Levi: eren ...... Ummm how do I put this but we have just discovered we have another secret amongst us in the group we did not know until you passed out. You see Krista ..... well if I should call her that anymore is not the person you thought she was. 

Eren unable to wrap his mind around this looked at Levi with a flabbergasted look. 

Eren: excuse me sir did you just say Krista is a traitor?

Levi: no no it's not that ... she has a different name and identity we did not know about until we discovered Yimir was a titan. Eren ...... her real name is Historia 

Eren looked at Levi like he was insane, what the hell was going on did he just wake up in a nightmare? What did he mean Krista was not who she claimed to be? And why was this so important on how he was? 

Eren: ..tha .... That's impossible sir I trained with Krista back in boot camp. We were not that close but I knew her enough to be a kind, sweet, selfless girl who put others before her. What you are telling me is not possible and what does this have to do with me? I'm so confused Captain please what is going on? Krista is not a killer or traitor so why is this so sudden? 

Levi: it's just we found ....... she is in a position to become a queen. 

Eren looked like he was ready to explode from all this information being stuffed into him. This was ubsurb  Krista a queen? This could not be possible and if she was a queen what we she doing in the millitary ranks here and why not living in a luxurious house with royalty written all over it. 

Eren: No NO I refuse to believe this, I will not see one of my friends as a liar and outcasts toward the people who can't afford decent living conditions due to reckless royal government we have. I can't believe your saying Krista is a selfish, royal spoiled brat who would not care for anyone but herself. Thats completely out of the blue to think something awful to blame on her just because she was good freinds with Yimir. 

Levi was taken back from erens sudden outbursts but regained control of the situation after giving him his usual warning look. Seeing the look on his face eren quickly closed his mouth and continued to drink the water Levi brought him. Levi just stared at eren with amazement. Why was he so worked up about Krista being a royal bloodline who had the potential to save humanity in the role of government? His attitude was like of a child who was told their favorite toy was broken but they didn't believe it because they were certain the toy was kept safe. 

Levi: anyway eren enough I'm done discussing this with you for now. Cool off and when your ready come down stairs to eat dinner. Mikasa will look after you until your strong enough to keep yourself together and try not to suddenly transform in your anger. Took a shit load of time to find this house so we could stay in it for headquaters. 

Eren: sorry sir I didn't mean too lose control its just Krista is a good person. Not many girls like her and I would hate to see her become one of those ..... well selfish bitches. 

Levi: understandable okay mr. Yeager your opinion has been noted. 

With that he left the room leaving eren in a state of confusion. But remembering the captain's instructions about controlling himself he quickly pulled himself together. Around an hour and eren made his way toward the stairs and dragged himself down them hungry and miserable but not wanting to make a scene acted his normal self. Mikasa was near the fire sitting with Armin until she saw eren and rushed right over to him with tears in her eyes. 

Mikasa: Eren are you alright thank God your okay I thought we lost you. She instantly embraced him but quickly let go when she saw the annoyed look on his face. (The face I'm not your kid look) Eren I'm so glad your awake and i can finally stop sleeping by your bed side making sure you don't .... well

Eren hearing this tried to keep himself under control from bursting out on mikasa. Seriously did she really have to sleep by his side so he wouldn't kill himself in his sleep. Did she think he was some kind of helpless, lunatic that couldn't take care of himself?

Eren: thanks mikasa I really appreciate you looking after me. 

Eren had to force this out of himself so he would sound really convincing so mikasa would stop being over protecting on him. However this satisfied mikasa and she stepped back. Eren spotting Armin said .

Eren: man how long was I out? 

Armin: 4 weeks and we were so worried you would never wake up ..... we .... We thought you were well ..... 

Eren: dead 

Eren said finishing his sentence for him. 

Armin: yeah
