Imagine standing in a forest full of tall trees. The sun is heating up your skin , you hear the birds chirp and you smell the fresh flowers touching your bare feet.
You close your eyes and let everything flow through you .
The pressure , the sadness , the fear , the anxiety.
They are all rushing through you .
Like a group of running horses .
They are so loud , SO LOUD .
The sound of their hoofs touching the ground gives you a head ache .
You want to scream . The feeling is so intense . How could I let myself suffer so much ?
I do this to myself .
I think it's not okay . They scream IT'S NOT OKAY . And I know It's not . They're reassuring me .
But they're lying .
PARANOIA, PARANOIA, PARANOIA.
You are not as big and visible as you think you are . Only you notice your tiny little mistakes. Nobody else does . And even if they do . They don't waste their time thinking about it too much .
But you do and you feel embarrassed. Sick to your stomach and you cry . Cry over things nobody spends a second thinking about .
LET IT GO , LET IT GO , LET IT GO .
Let the feelings rush through you.
Don't hold on to them .
Be okay with the things that make you feel not okay .
It'll pass and so will that terrible feeling that makes you want to bury yourself alive.
Go to that forest and let the sun touch your skin . Feel the flowers beneath your toes. Listen to the birds and feel alive . ALIVE .
What a blessing .
