(Tasha's POV)

I woke up to the sun shining through the curtains and sighed. It felt great to sleep in and not wake up to an alarm. I rolled over and put my arm around Reade, who is still sound asleep. I hugged him softly and climbed out of bed, careful not to wake him. Today, I want to go jet skiing and I want to take pictures. I grab my bathing suit and a change of clothes from my suitcase. I put my bathing suit on under my clothes so I don't have to change later. I made my way into the bathroom to fix myself up. I switched on the light and smiled instantly. God, I love this bathroom. I wish I could just stay here forever. I brushed my hair back into a pony tail and brushed my teeth. I killed about 15 minutes of time and Reade is still sleeping. Groaning, I laid down behind his back with my head lying on his shoulder. He shuffled a bit, but kept his eyes close.
"Wake up." I said, shaking him.
"Ugh.." He held my arm against his chest and kissed my hand.
"Come on." I smiled.
"I don't wanna." He mumbled and turned around to face me. "Wow." He laughed.
"What? I thought I looked okay today." I teased.
"You do, you look more than okay." He kissed me.
"Okay, go get ready." I laughed and playfully hit his shoulder.
He smiled and rolled out of bed. I watched him gather his things and make his way to the bathroom. My love for him grows by the day. There's never a dull moment with us. Everyday is an adventure. I started to fiddle with my ring. My reminder of him, us. I'll have a part of him with me everywhere I go. It's so comforting to think about. I'm so lucky, so very lucky. Lucky to have him in my life and as my husband. Lucky that the love of my life loves me back. I couldn't ask for anything more. I must've been smiling this whole time because when Reade came back out I felt it widen. Partly because it was kind of weird not seeing him in a suit or at least his undershirt, but also because I'm overly excited to get the day started. I jumped out of the bed, put my shoes on, and grabbed our bag for today.
"Ready?" I looked up at Reade, still grinning.
He chuckled, "Yes."
I held out my hand for him to grab and we made our way outside.
"What do you have in mind?" He asked.
I took in the beautiful weather before answering.
"Jet skiing and sight seeing/picture taking." I sighed, perfectly content.
"Okay, breakfast first?" He placed his other hand on his stomach.
"I guess." I laughed.
We chose a small restaurant a little ways down. Not many people are here, considering breakfast started like three hours ago. Our waitress sat us at a table with a great view of the water and other islands. It's so unbelievably perfect here and the slight breeze makes it even better. I flipped through the menu looking for something small, I'm not all that hungry. I settled for a fruit platter, it comes with pineapple, cantaloupe, blueberries, grapes, and apples. When I looked up from my menu, Reade already has his closed.
"That was quick." I smiled.
"Hmm, I think you took too long." He teased.
I scoffed, "I did not!"
"Okay." He laughed.
We sat there silently waiting for the waitress to come back and take our order. His eyes are sparkling in the sunlight making them more mesmerizing than they normally are. I could stare at him all day and not get tired of looking. I always find things I love about him. They may be small things, unnoticeable to anyone else, but I love every part of him. He reached across the table and took my hand in his. Every time he touches me, I can feel the chemistry. I used to be scared of that feeling, but now I can't get enough of it. I hope it never goes away, I don't ever want to get used to that feeling. The waitress came back and took our order.
"That's all?" Reade asked after she left.
"Not very hungry." I shrugged.
He nodded in response and grabbed my hand again.
"I love you." He said, playing with my ring.
"I love you." I smiled.
I started to think of ways I could get away with paying for breakfast. He's not going to let me if I ask. Maybe if I just get up and not tell him where I'm going. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the waitress came back with our food. Reade got some kind of skillet thing, it had a bunch of different stuff in it. It smelled good, but did not look good. I watched him eat like it was his last meal.
"That looks gross." I chucked.
"It's not." He smiled.
Somehow, I did not believe him.
I laughed, "Okay. I'll be right back."
I stood up from my chair and went to find the waitress. They all look the same to me. One of them must've saw me looking because she approached me.
"Can I help you with anything?" She asked.
"Just need to pay my bill." I smiled.
"Okay, follow me." She said, turning away.
She took me up to the register and rang up our bill.
"$30.28 is your total." She said.
I paid in cash and left a $10 tip.
"Thank you." I said taking my receipt.
I made my way back to our table and sat down.
"Where'd you go?" Reade asked, nearly finished with his food.
"Nowhere." I smiled and picked up a piece of fruit.
He smiled and furrowed his brow.
"Are you ready to go?" I asked.
"Yeah." He started to grab his wallet out of his pocket.
"Oh, I already did that." I mumbled, getting up from the table.
"You paid? That's what you were doing?" He laughed. "I'm going to have to take your wallet from you."
"No way." I said, grinning.
We made our way to the jet skis, taking our time.
