It was a calm day in the tundra express, well, as calm as a place overrun with bandits and other foul things can be. The various varkid nests had gone eerily silent and the bandit buzzards were not flying. For tina this was a welcome fact. She was blissfully ignorant of its cause.
She took advantage of the now safe roads that went in a circle around her cave and went for a nice stroll around. After walking for a few minutes she came across what appeared to be a horrid, mutilated pile of flesh that could only be of a human origin. But what in the tundra express could do that. Bandits don't do that in the open and varkids eat people, Not mutitilate them. Tina shrugged and went back to walking. After another five minutes tina became very bored with walking and decided to throw a few grenades into a nearby varkid nest. The nest exploded violently. Sending varkid larvae flying into the air and awakening something very angry. A large growth started to grow from where the nest was before it suddenly burst revealing a huge queen varkid, tina began to run screaming for her life in sheer terror as the huge beast began to move towards her. The varkid queen gave chase and pursued tina all the way to the gate to her cave where it had her trapped. As the queen was about to crush tina with its huge mandibles 3 gunshots rang out, they were from a revolver, a Jacobs one... the giant fell to the ground lifelessly. Upon making contact with the earth floor the varkid exploded. Sending loot into every corner of the cave. So much loot in fact, that tina would still find new guns and grenades 2 years after the creature was killed
