"Yea, dad I'm waiting for the cab now. I'm so glad to be off the plane." I sighed in relief, I hated planes, I did not trust them. " That's good babygirl, keep me posted until you get there." I rolled my eyes, "Dad, aren't you and Diana going on your trip to Dubai today? SHOULDN'T you already be gon?"
"Yes, but I can check up on my babygirl. Epically since I can't be there to help you settle into your dorm.
" I know dad, I wish you were here but its fine. Cookie and her dad should already be there."
"Fine. Fine. Atleast text me that you got to the campus safely. A dad worries." I smiled.
"I know dad, I promise to text and I'll call tomorrow."
I heard him sigh. Knowing he has no other reason to stale me to staying on the phone, "okay, babygirl, I love you."
"I love you too dad, bye." I replied before hanging up. Soon my cab came
"That'll be 27 bucks."
"Aye, sweetheart. Your here and I need 27 bucks."
"Uh?" I said absently as I liked up from my phone. I was so busy in my phone texting Des that I hadn't noticed wed arrived at UCLA.
"Oh, sorry. Here you go." I said as I dug around in my purse then handed him a two twenty dollar bills. After grabbing my suitcases out the trunk, I took a secound to stand a dramatically take in the school I'd be staying at for 4 years. It was a chilche teen movie moment that I'd always wanted to have.
Walking into the student service building it was like a wild riot in here. The students were scrambling all over the place and push each other out the way to talk to one of the three registration property behind the glass windows. There weren't even lines, this of hetic. I sighed annoyed as in placed my suitcases down next to me as I sat down by a near by chair knowing I'd be hear for a while
