At the Mishima Building, Karin and Hazuki, along with Sousuke, were appointed to meet with the Head of the Mishima Zaibatsu, Jin Kazama.

"May I Help You?" The Secretary was typing away her computer until she saw exactly who it was. "Mr. Kazama"

<Yes.>

"Miss Kanzuki and Mr. Han has arrived."

<Bring them in please.>

"Yes sir."

The secretary pointed the group over to the elevator which led straight to Jin's office.

It was very spacious. About the same size as the ballroom back at the Estate (except without tables). Hazuki looked around and saw Jin sitting comfortably until standing up. "Miss Kanzuki, such a pleasure to see you."

"And to you as well. It's been a while." Karin gave Jin a hug before he invited them to sit. "So, what is the reason that you wanted us here today?"

"As you know, I didn't get the chance to host the 7th King of Iron Fist Tournament due to being MIA. I wanted to actually work with you on the 7th. But, I am currently about to open the 8th and I want you partnering with me. It makes up for happen to Hazuki a couple years back." Jin said.

"Is there anything else?" Karin asked.

"Yes. But this is to you, Hazuki." Hazuki waited to hear Jin's question somewhat anxiously. "I would like it if you would be one of the competitors of the tournament representing the Kanzuki Zaibatsu."

Hazuki's face lit up at that request. He wanted to fight, but honestly, he was afraid. He didn't want it to be deja-vu or be near any glass floors at the least.

He was a bit hesitant, but he wanted a second chance at becoming King of Iron Fist Champion. He could right the wrong this time.

"I want to compete and I'm going to win this time." Hazuki said.

"And I accept your request of a partnership with you." Karin and Jin shook hands in agreement.

"Great. I'm looking forward to working with you." Jin said.

"Well, it's good to see one of the competitors. Even though he won't make it that far." Everyone turned their head to see who walked in.

Hazuki froze at the sight of the man. It was the same man that attacked him at the Estate. The same man he knew all too well.

"This is Kenshi. Kenshi Aoki. Along with Nina, he'll be representing the Mishima Zaibatsu." Jin introduced.

Hazuki gave Kenshi a death glare as Kenshi deviously smiled. They had a moment of silence until Kenshi spoke up. "It's been a while Big Brother."

Karin was shocked. Hazuki usually tells her everything but never this.

"Thank You Jin. We accept your request. Have a nice day." Hazuki got up and walked off.

"Hold on, we sho-" Karin got up to grab on Hazuki bit she saw a tear down his face.

"Can we please leave? Please?" Karin couldn't deny him. He seemed to be angry and hurt.

"Jin, thank you for having us. We'll take our leave." Karin and Sousuke followed Hazuki out of the building.

Later that night, Kenshi and Nina were finished their training. While cleaning themselves up and getting ready for bed, they were talking about the tournament.

"So how the Hazuki Han is your brother?" Nina asked.

"Yep. I'm not even proud call that bastard family, but yea. I already told you the whole story ." Kenshi was angry just thinking about it.

"I'm honestly shocked that your here. But, I'm glad. Plus, I have someone's butt to kick." Nina wrapped her arms around Kenshi from behind and she kissed him on the cheek. "Just promise me you won't be so hell bent  on revenge and try to win."

Kenshi just kissed Nina deeply and pulled her down to bed. "I love you. I really do but I can't promise that." He saw Nina look serious. Which was surprising since that look was coming from a former assassin. "I will promise that I will win though."

Nina went in for a kiss goodnight and they went off to bed.

------------

At the Estate, Karin was able to get to Hazuki. He was in the gym with Natsuya lifting weights.

"Hello Gentlemen." Karin greeted.

"Hey Karin, what's up?" Natsuya saw Karin look at Hazuki and had a concerned look.

"Hazuki, we need to talk." Karin was very worried for her friend.

"I might as well tell the both of you." Hazuki was hesitant of telling the story, but was willing since he could trust them.

~ Flashback ~

One summer, Hazuki and Kenshi were training with Juri. They fought as hard as they could until an accident happened.

"Come on, I know I can handle you big brother. Just give me a chance. I'm stronger than you think." Kenshi begged to fight.

Hazuki was very hesitant, but he couldn't deny his little brother. Plus, Kenshi worked hard to get stronger.
"If you insist."

They fought like there was no tomorrow. Kenshi was strong and Hazuki was proud. Kenshi went in for a Double Explosion, but Hazuki executed his Kaisen Dankairaku first.
When it was time to finish the match, Hazuki accidentally ended it permanently. After his high kick, Hazuki's foot went straight through Kenshi's stomach and back.

Kenshi ended up being motionless on the floor as Hazuki and Juri were calling 911 for help.

"No!! Don't Die!!" Hazuki was an emotional wreck. As soon as Juri hung up the phone, she stared at a frozen Hazuki looking at a lifeless body. It was too late. Kenshi had died. "I'm so sorry little brother. I didn't mean it. Please forgive me."

~ Flashback Over ~

"Oh My Goodness. How is he alive." Karin was in shock.

"I don't know. Most likely he's going to pull some strings to get me out. But I'm ready for anything. I will win this time and right the biggest wrong of my life. He wants to play games. Fine then. Game On." Hazuki was determined and ready. He made a vow that he will be champion.

Hazuki reached hand out. Karin and Natsuya stacked hands. They were Hazuki through thick and thin. They would be by his side. "Right!"
