Just imagine after decades, centuries maybe, after all those hunters and men of letters, that try it get in the bunker they've heard so much about, the bunker where the famous Winchesters left their mark. The legends says, it was the same mark, they left in their car as kids. And after all this stories and tellings one of them would finally get into the bunker, come to the table, just staring, not sure if they can touch the mark, because hell! It's made by the Winchesters themselfs, saviours of the world, who got gosspels written about them by God himself!
But these times no one believes it, because demons? Oh, please. Just a story hunters tell their kids to make them behave. But there are some kids, who feel - no, they know - that these stories are real and they dedicate their lives looking for the bunker.
Then once they got a clue and they follow it like their life belongs on it to Lebanon Kansas. Behind the town there is really some bunker and the kid isn't sure if this is it, but why not give it a shot?
So they open the door, go inside and then they see it. The initials on the table and suddenly they realized, as they were searching they were slowly losing their faith and looking for it only for the sake of it. It became just a story to them. But here they are, watching as their journey came to the end.
So they decide to stay and continue the work of the great Winchesters. And after few years there are some more hunters, even one or two men of letters, who also wanted some adventure. And all of them decide, they will make a school, so the hunters can be properly trained, so they won't have to teach everything by themselfs. And they use the library in the bunker for the knowlegde it contains. And they name the school The Winchesters Academy. And the final exam is to find the bunker only with those clues the first hunter had and when the students see the initials of Sam and Dean Winchesters, they are told that they've finish the academy and they are free to use the bunker as any other hunter or men of letters before them.
And they don't say anything like: "Angels are watching over you." (As any hunter from the academy knows, most of the angels are dicks.) No. They say: "The Winchesters got your back. Lucky hunt."
And none of these people gets to know (well, they wouldn't believe it, would they) that these two heroes once or even more times asked themselfs if there will be any legacy left after them.
But sometimes weird stuff happen in the bunker. For instance the hunter see a strange man in a trenchcoat, but only in the corner of their eye.
Or when anything is about to scratch, smash or fall on one old car from 1967 that is exposed in the bunker, it moves away. Even if it's just a paper.
Or sometimes (mostly in the cases above - around the car), there can be heard a voice saying: "Son of a bitch" followed by: "Calm down. Nothing really happened to her."
And there are some clever heads who can put two and two together, and realized that there might be some ghosts of two brothers hooked up to this world with the most important car - no the most important object - in pretty much the whole universe, who no one dared to burn, to get rid of those ghosts, because there is no reason. It's obvious that even after death these two brothers had this one not-dicky angel to look after them and keep them human.
But what people didn't put together was that there are some places or objects in this world that are tied with some heavens and that this car, this one car, is one of them. After the brothers finally died as the heroes they truly were, this bound from heaven to earth was a gift from their friend Chuck, who asked their best friend Castiel to protect it, so not even the last living Winchester, known as '67 Chevy Impala or just Baby, won't stay alone and unprotected.
