Nessa's pov;
I stood there, hand in hand with Ethan. No words could describe how happy I was to be with him. He was my everything. We walked down the dark road, slowly cherishing every breath together.
"Nessa..." Ethan said lowering himself down to the ground
I stared down at him as he got on one knee and began to pull a box out of his pocket
"We've spent 3 years together, and in those 3 years you have made me the happiest man alive. That's why, I want to ask you to be my wife. Please take my hand in marriage, say yes and make me the happiest man on earth. Nessa, will you marry me? "
Tears filled my eyes. I was smiling which let salty tears into my mouth. I stared at him. He looked as if he was going to cry
"Yes!" I yelled
He slid the ring on my finger and raised his body up to mine. He brought my chin up with a gentle touch and placed his lips on mine. His hands wrapped around my waist. He pushed away, and there I saw a tear fall down his face. He was still holding me tighter than ever.
Suddenly, I saw headlights shining in our direction. They were getting closer and closer every second. I tried to break the hug. The car was about 30 seconds from hitting us.
"Ethan, watch out!" I yelled pushing him.
The head lights flashed in my eyes. I felt my body go numb as I hit the ground. My vision became blurry. My eyes slowly shut. I could hear Ethan in the distance but it was blocked out by the sound of ringing. My eyes shut, and I saw black.
