Chapter 1

As you walk into the King Cone ice cream parlor, you're contemplating on which flavor to order. You're the 3rd person in line, so you figure you've got some time to decide. Without paying mind to the people being assisted in front of you, you then hear "Excuse me?" From behind the register. You snap back into reality and lock eyes with the Cashier. "Sorry" you say, "I was trying to figure out what type of ice cream to order".
"That's alright" the cashier said with a heartwarming smile.
From the second you locked eyes you noticed how attractive he was. You took time to stare at him for a couple seconds, then blurted out an order.
"I'll take two scoops of Cookie Dough on a waffle cone please"
He smiles and nods.
"Alright, Anything else?"
"No, that'll be all".
You say in response.
"Could I have your name please?"
"Y/N", you say as you look at his name tag.
His name tag said 'Alex'.
"Alright" Alex said, "You could have a seat and I'll call you up when we prepare your ice cream, because there is no more cookie dough out."
You nod, smile, and sit at the table closest to the register. He doesn't notice, but you kept staring at him. You watched as he took other customers' orders. It wasn't just his blue eyes that grabbed your attention, It was also his voice. Deep, yet soft. Almost orgasmic to the ear. And his face, chiseled and radiant. His hair was bleached blonde and slightly curly. Just everything about him seemed perfect.
After a couple minutes of watching Alex take orders and hand ice cream cones to customers, he looks over at you.
"Y/N" he calls.
You stand up and walk to the counter. He smiles and his blue eyes lock into yours.
"Two scoops of Cookie dough on a Waffle cone?"
"That's me" I say.
As he hands you the ice cream, your fingers slightly touch and you get tingles that shoot from your head, to toes.
"That'll be $3.45" Alex said.
You hand him a five dollar bill and insist that he keeps the change.
"No, really I don't need the change" he denies.
"I want you to have to change, Alex".
You clock yourself then and there. You said his name, almost like you were his friend.
"If you insist, anything to make a customer happy".
He looks at you and smiles bigger than you've seen him smile. You feel your face get warm, and escalate to red hot. You know that you're blushing, and you know that Alex knows. You force yourself to turn around and walk out of the ice cream parlor, despite how badly you wanted to stay there all day and talk to Alex. You sit down on a bench right outside the King Cone, and listened to music as you ate your ice cream.
As you're just finishing your Cone, you hear a door fling open and a voice blurt out "Y/N". You then turn to see Alex, out of uniform, and exiting the ice cream parlor. You smile and greet him as he makes his way towards you.
