KILL THE RABBIT

(a poem about a one piece fanfic written by Mountain97 at fanfiction.net, I recommend you to read it of you are interested in horror and is a one piece fanatic :D )

"I must not fear, fear is the mind killer. I will face my fear and I will stand against it and it will pass through me, then there will be nothing left. Only I will remain."

-quote by Mountain97

In the darkness I stay all alone,

There was never a comforting person on the other end of the phone,

I will soon be only a skull on top of a pile of bones,

No one will bother to remember me; I won't have a name on my gravestone

I watch the entire world in vain,

Why is it that I'm part of the few bearing pain,

I once believed that I will fear; only I will remain,

But now something is breaking; I am becoming insane

Now that my life has been shattered,

Reality is nonsense; if doesn't matter,

By witnessing the innocence's blood being splattered,

I've turned as mad as the hatter

Doc says I'm suffering from hallucinations,

But little does he know that it is NOT my imagination,

Which I thought were just mere fantasies,

That is actually my one and only reality

My mind has been devoured by fear,

No one will ever find me here,

No matter how much I scream no one will hear,

I wonder when will I stop shedding tears

Oh how I long to see the light,

Unfortunately, there is none in sight,

Instead I am being hunted by the creatures of the night,

My heart is overflowing with fright

BEING USED, TIME AND TIME AGAIN

As a toy I've been taken and thrown,

As a pet I've been owned and disowned,

As a slave my name needn't be known,

As a puppet my strings can only move me alone

I've stayed in several cages being clothed and fed,

I get nightmares instead of dreams so I rarely go to bed,

Oh what a tragic life I have led,

Rather than being alive I am better off dead

All alone behind bars I stay,

I get a taste of leather if I would open my mouth and say,

Insults, complaints and curses on that very day,

I maintain my distance from people for the pain to break away

When I am sad, lonely or desperate I would attempt to escape,

But in the end I just receive blood on my torn and tattered drapes,

There is no use in regretting, what's done is done,

What would happen to my life if I had finally won?

ALONE

I lay on the ground; so lonely and cold,

I long for the touch of a true friend's hold,

In my world there isn't a fairy tale with a happy ending told,

In this world there is nothing but greedy men yearning for gold

Then one day you approach me with your smiling face,

I don't know what is this feeling; when you're here my heart starts to race

But then all of a sudden you told me that you were going to leave; you were moving away,

Is it too much to ask for you to stay?

Now that you've left I can no longer bear the pain,

Why did you leave? Leaving me insane?

What will I do, now that you're gone,

Will I keep waiting from dusk till dawn?

After a few years when I've forgotten everything of the past,

I coincidentally see you at last,

That triggered my locked up memories hidden deep within my heart,

But you had someone else by your side; you made a new start

The next day there was something in the headlines of the newspaper,

That had a picture of a bloodied dead body; it was her,

The case was solved when it almost seemed like forever,

Again I was alone; I was arrested not a minute later

TRUE JUSTICE

Have you ever wondered what is true justice,

What best option you choose from is,

How to conclude what is wrong from right,

Which choice is dark and which choice is light?

Truthfully, most of the higher-ups don't really care,

That is why in some places their rules aren't all that fair,

That is why this world has most governments corrupt,

That is why some live below and some own status that is often put up and up

The ones with authority must decide what law must be officially approved,

Which among the rest should finally be removed,

Which among these men are truly innocent,

What is the message to us that God really sent

Because some of their decisions have been made with a blind eye,

There are some who don't deserve it but are being hung up to die,

Wrong doings must be stopped; the time is nigh,

To stop saddening others by using pretty lies

Many commit crimes in order to survive so they have no choice,

What the people really need is a loud, clear voice,

To stop all the commotion; to get rid of the noise,

To prevent the nobles from using the people as mere toys

True justice isn't sending unclean and guilty men,

In front of the lion's den,

True justice is changing their evil ways,

True justice is throwing all the temptations away
