Chapter 30

"Mommy"

"Mommy!"

"DARCY!" I screamed and shot up in the bed.

"Agh" Niall screamed and fell off the bed.

I closed my eyes and heard the thud of his falling. A tear ran down my cheek as put my head in my hands.

"Alexis what the hell was that about?" He asked inching back on the bed.

"I-I'm sorry I-it was a bad dream."I stuttered still crying

"Wanna tell me what it was about?" He asked and I nodded.

"I heard Darcy's voice saying mommy" I said and more tears came.

"I'm sorry babe" he said and hugged me and gave me a kiss on the forehead.

My phone buzzed and it was a text from Naomi but there was another text too. I checked the text from Naomi first.

'Everything alright up there? ' she asked

'Yea thanks for checking :)' I replied then checked the other message.

' I heard your little bad dream hope this helps ' and it was from mason. A voice memo was attached to it an I played it.

"MUMMY HELP ME DADDY HELP ME!" A crying shriek was on the voice memo. It was Darcy.

I threw the phone and screamed. I covered my ears and cried so much. I looked at Niall and tears were streaming down his face but not with a emotional. It was just plain with tears streaming.

Harry came bursting through the door with a bat.

"What's going on I heard a scream!" He said holding the bat in the air looking around.

I pointed to the phone and he picked it up. He hit play and the shriek was heard again. More tears spilled out of my eyes.

"Oh shit...." He said sitting on the bed running his fingers through his hair.

"I FUCKING WANT MY DAUGHTER BACK!" Niall yelled and I jumped.

"Calm down mate" Harry said

"I can't fucking calm down!" He said and his face turned red as he yelled.

I looked at the clock and it was 6:30 in the morning. The detectives would be here in 30 minutes.

"Come on l-let's just g-get ready" I stuttered getting out of bed.

I held out my hand for nialls and he took and pulled me in for a hug. Harry left us alone and closed the door.

"I'm sorry Alexis I'm trying to stay strong." He said and I felt one of his tears on my shoulder.

"Don't try to be strong it's our daughter he took and we want her back we can break down and cry." I said still in a hug.

"I know thanks babe" he said giving me a kiss.

I got dressed in jeans and put a Rolling Stones t-shirt on with my hair in a pony tail.

Niall wore grey basketball shorts with a red t-shirt.

"Hey Niall?" I asked trying to make my eyes not be so red with makeup.

"Yea babe." He answered

"We need all the help we can get so why not call some people?" I said an he nodded.

A knock came at the door and I grabbed my phone and ran downstairs.

The police and detectives were here and I let them all in.

"Goodmorning Alexis and Niall hope you had a good sleep because we have a long day." The chief said with a smile .

"Well um no we didn't mason texted us with a voice memo of my daughter crying for help." I said

"Oh wow alright men get to work right away!" He said and they all rushed in.

"Would any of you men like coffee?" Naomi asked holding Toby's hand.

"No thank you we have a guy who gets coffee for us he will be here in a bit." He said

"Ok-come on Toby let's go play with some toys" Naomi said

"Where's Darcy mummy?" I heard Toby ask and I closed my eyes as a tear slipped out and I wiped it away.

A knock at the door came and I opened it up.

"Alexis?" He said and I was shocked. He was holding all the coffee.

"Zayn?!" I said

"What are you doing here on the missing little girl case?" He asked and my smile turned into a frown.

"It's my little girl that's uh-missing" I said and his eyes got glossy.

"Oh god Alexis I'm so sorry." He said and we walked inside. He passed the coffee out with thank yous in return.

"So your the coffee guy?" I asked with a chuckle.

"Yea 4 years of college for this." He said and laughed.

"How is izabel? Still Starbucks crazed?" I asked and he smiled.

"Good and yes very. My mum bought her all these gift cards for there and she spent them in a week!" He said and my eyes went wide.

"Wow and what's up with your relationship?" I asked

"Well we started dating in middle school and all through high school and now we are married." He said an I smiled giving him a hug.

"Wow that's great!" I said

"Yea ya know I could give her a call and have her come over to hang out with you while all this is going on and to help you know" he said and I nodded.

"Thank you" I said

"Alexis we have a call!" One of the police officers called out.

I rushed in and answered the phone.

"Hello" I spoke in the speaker.

"Why hello darling. So you are having the police help you isn't that just great." Mason spoke and I mouthed to the police that this was him.

They hooked up wires to my phone and let me speak.

"Well when you want your daughter back that's why it goes to mason." I said and he chuckled.

"I see...hey you little rat wanna say something to your little helpless mommy?" I heard him talk to Darcy.

"DARCY!" I screamed in the phone.

"COME HERE YOU RAT!" He said and grunted and I heard her scream.

"DONT FUCKING TOUCH HER MASON!" I screamed with tears running down my cheeks.

The line went dead.

"We have got it all Alexis" the officer said.

"Sir tracking location right now. " one said typing on a computer and we all gathered around.

"Here is where it was traced." He said pointing to the screen.

Niall and I were kidnapped there we knew where it was. I looked at Niall and nodded. He knew what I was saying and went upstairs.

I followed and walked into our room and locked the door. Niall opened our walk-in closet and went to the very back reveling the small door. He opened it and it was a safe.

I entered the code and it opened up to four hand guns all given to me by my father who owned shop like that.

Niall took two guns and I took the other two.

"Let's get our daughter back and kill that mother fucker," I said and Niall smiled
