For Alexandria Williams everything was given to her from the start.

And she didn't like it not one bit. She would rather work herself then her dad handing it to her. As if she wasn't capable of getting it herself.

Yes, her father may own a record company and own 50 recording studios and is rich. But she believes that she should work for her things just like her dad had. He struggled to get where he is but he kept pushing though it, and that is what she wanted to do. Struggle and make her own success.

Her father offered her an amazing job in the music company with him, but she didn't take the job because she wanted to get a job herself, instead of a job getting handed to her. And that is exactly what happened. She found a job.

Their was one thing though.

Her  job was in New York City, the big apple. Moving from a big place such as LA to and even bigger place such as New York City is a bigger adjustment than she thought, but to her it was worth it to start over.

When she found out who she landed the job with as an assistant she nearly fainted at the thought. Working for the most eligible bachelor in the world. Yet she does not know what he looks like, well because she did not really bother to look up pictures of him, and why would she look up pictures of her boss?

Besides her mother and father met him a couple of times before, and her mother informed her that her new boss is perfectly handsome. Alexandria has heard that as well. She also heard that he was very intimidating.

Alexandria leaves today. In twenty minutes actually. Her father knew that she was going to need a place to stay at, because he did not want his daughter to stay in a disgusting hotel or apartment on the wrong side of New York for the time being until she could afford to get a nicer place. So he took matters into his own hands and got Alexandria a pent house in one of the nicest apartments in New York, and he informed his daughter that she is allowed to stay there as long as she needs to, or she can live there the entire time she lives in New York. Alexandria gladly took the offer to live there until she can get on her won two feet.

She did not protest because she knew that she would not be able to afford a decent place in New York with the amount of money in her bank account. She indeed have a lot of money in her back account, more than enough actually, but "more than enough" in New York City is like being a homeless person, because the housing is ridiculously expensive. So she thanked her dad for giving her a place to stay.

They soon called her flight.

When they did so she gave her dad and mom a hug, a long one at that to. And t makes sense considering that she is not going to see them for a while.

And with a final wave goodbye to her parents she boards the plane and takes off to start her new life in New York City.
