Lavender and Ivy walked briskly through the corridor. Their names fit their description. Lavender had violet hair with a white flowing dress and hat was covered with lavenders. Ivy had blond hair with a chain of leaves resting on her head and had a dress that looked as if it were made of giant leaves. They were both barefoot; the grounds, both inside and out, didn't have any place that could hurt them and, the ground and floor was too soft and welcoming. "Do you think what he said was true?" asked Lavender.
"It must be, the prophecy stated it would happen a century after the war with the demons." Ivy responded," Olagarth, Walusur, Bofnuhn, Podon, and the fiercest one of all Vapuhun certainly gave us a run for our money!"
"Back on topic," Lavender noted, "let's go meet Thomas."
They walked out of the castle into the most beautiful garden imaginable. Every kind of flower grew there. There were tulips, roses, sunflowers, tiger lilies, poppies, and hundreds more, each a different color. The garden even had small ponds that housed, lilies, frogs, crickets, waterbugs, and small fish. It stretched on for 1 hundred miles, then came to a forest.
There was a small bench that 2 people could sit on comfortably. On that bench was a boy, about the age of the two girls, that had brown hair, blue eyes, and clothes that said I'm ready to go exploring. Lavender and Ivy walked up to him. "Yo," he said.
"Thomas, is that really how you greet your superior?" questioned Ivy.
"No, Sorry Queen Ivy," said Thomas, " how may I please you Queen Ivy, ruler of the enchanted forest, and you Queen Lavender ruler of the enchanted garden." .
"We have a job for you," Lavender said mysteriously, "I will tell you a little later. When the time is upon us."
Thomas wondered what Lavender meant, but he did not ask because he knew that asking would be rude.
Lavender then walked away in a hurry. She felt a wrenching pain in her lower stomach, and she screamed in agony. She knew this could only be one thing: the baby was coming. She felt that pain again and again. There were strict laws about not having a baby, in this land nobody had babies. She could not tell anyone or else she would be executed even if she was the queen.
She had to do something or else it was death, she knew what she had to do... she had to go to the land of the humans
