Sometimes quiet is violent

Chapter 1

Josh's POV

I was sitting in class when I was called to the office. What did i do this time. I slowly made my way to the small office in our huge school. I dont know why the office is so small. Theres plenty of room for having a bigger one.

"Josh." I heard my name and looked up. I hadn't realized I made it to the office. I looked at the principal and the kid next to him. He was fairly attractive. He smiled slightly and kept looking around like he was scared. While I could I took in his appearance.

He was wearing a grey shripped white collared shirt, black jeans, red sneekers and grey socks. He looked pretty good as far as I thought.

"JOSH!!" Did you hear me?!" The principal yelled. I shook my head no and listened this time.

"This is Tyler. He's deaf, but speaks perfectly. Talk slower, but dont yell. Youll be his tour guide and his new 'body gaurd.' If anything happens to him its on you." The principal told me. I looked back at the kid, Tyler. I liked that name. I smiled and held my hand out. He took it in his and shook it. 

"Im Josh." I introduce myself. He smiles and and responds with, "I'm Tyler."

His talking was really good for a deaf person and I was surprised. Usually they have accents. The principal rolled his eyes and left. I looked at Tyler. He was looking down the hall.

"Hey." I said, waving my hand and he looked at me. "Lets get to the tour shall we?" I asked him and he nodded. We slowly walked down the hall and I made sure to look at him when talking. I explained each room he might need to go to and then the final bell rung.

"Last class. You have Chem right?" I asked him. He pulled out his schedule and nodded his head. I smiled and brought him along.

"Here we are" I said and walked him in. We both had yhe class, but we were already paired up so I had to leave him. The teacher talked with him and he sat by me.

"Your my new partner." He said and smiled. I couldnt help the faint smile that played in ny lips. I was happy for some odd reason. This Tyler kid was growing on me and I've only known him for a few hours.

I know this is a short chapter, but i wanted to get it out. This is sort of a Joshler fanfic. I thought of and and Loved the idea.
