Once upon a time in a far off land lied a kingdom like no other, ruins of an ancient time, bustling crowds and children playing, being like they should. This kingdom was a mystical and magnificent place to live, friendly people greeting you as you left your house, everyone complementing you whilst you walk towards the market. The daily walk to the market was filled of people running and just being... happy. On that note, another name for this kingdom was The Kingdom of Happiness. One scorchingly hot day, there was a festival to commemorate their latest king Salandor who died fighting in The Ogre Wars. The Wars were spread across 10 years. In those 10 years, 14 kingdoms were destroyed but never this one. The king was in a heroic battle to save his town, he struck his sword into an Ogres eye. He had killed the last ever Ogre. However he had suffered to many wounds.

During this celebration a loud trembling noise could be heard and felt. It got louder... then louder... then louder and louder and louder until... A massive raging dragon burst through the side of the glorious castle and had destroyed the 10 Ogre pillars that commemorated the King. The dragon spread its fury across the land and scorched anyone in its path. It's red scales matched the colour of blood, its eyes as yellow as the sun, its tail as jagged as a bladed edge.

All the royals dead... All the Villagers... dead. The kingdom was flipped on its head. Happiness turned to fear, light to darkness, life to death. However not all were killed, all apart from 2, but these 2 were new born babies. The babies were put into neatly woven baskets and sent down a river that goes through all of the eleven Kingdoms and villages that still stand. They both rocked up on a muddy path next to a poor village that lied just beyond their Kingdom. Little did these kids Know, that one of them was Royalty and the other a peasants son.

15 Years Later...

The sun Shone brightly over Scouran(The village in which the boys were sent) spreading all of its light through this graceful village. Along at the market was one of the boys, Adello, he was a brutal and feisty teen who always argued with anyone who doesn't agree with him, which was most of the time. No one really liked him, apart from his adoptive parents that found him by the river.
"How much for an apple" He bellowed at the sales man.
"Only two shillings" He replied.
"I'm going to ask you again and you're not going to say two Shillings, so how much for an apple?"
"Three shillings!"
"THAT'S IT!"
Adello then beat the poor man up until he bled. That is how brutal he was.

Now, the other child, this one is
actually the opposite. He is kind and very intellectual. He got on with everyone in the village, apart from Adello. This boys name was Jace, he always asked questions about anything then would experiment and find the answer himself.
"Hello Jace, how are you today" Asked his Dad(adoptive).
"Very well thanks, do we need anything from the market as I'm going there after work, you know, at the blacksmiths".
"Some fresh eggs and milk please son!".
And off he went, you see no one hated Jace, but everyone hated Adello. They were basically the opposites.

He exited his house and proceeded to Jeremiah's Blacksmith, which was on the opposite end of the town, so it took him a while to get there as he had to go through the gardens, market and then two bridges. He only worked for three hours but he got almost forty shillings an hour. Jace always worked whereas Adello worked once a week at a bar in the centre of the village. The Ye Olde Scouran Pub. Hardly anyone goes there when he's on duty because he always spat in the drinks of his enemies. For now let's focus on Jace. Jace was a short boy with fair blonde hair. Very slim and not built for heavy lifting like Adello.

As Jace strode across the Last bridge he noticed someone in a black hood following him, he even went back on himself to check. But he couldn't waste his time, he headed straight for work. He creaked the old, barren door. As he entered the grim and dank stone structure of a building, the warm air slapped him in the face like a whip. Due to the furnaces being lit. Jace walked over to his station and started drawing new weapon ideas. He often made brilliant breakthroughs in his work, but his boss would shut them down. His boss,Jeremiah, was a tall skinny man who was an exact replica of a Skelton. He never ate or did any work practically he shouldn't be alive. He would be very intimidating towards Jace. He never listened.

"Oi! What's all this then, you been doodling again, I'll have you sacked you know!" Screeched Jeremiah angrily.
"I'm not doodling, I'm simply sketching the outline for a deadly weapon that can break through any armour with a single hit" Replied Jace with a relaxed tone.
"Don't you get smart with me young lad, or I'll have you out on them streets searching for scraps instead of being in a warm environment you ungrateful sod".

Jace just walked out and slammed the door in the face of his boss. You could here him screaming at himself. Jace continued to the market. The person in the black hood was back. Who was he?
