I looked down from my tree, the green leaves surrounding me and my siblings. what caught my eye was a ripe strawberry in the field. my brother looked at me with a weird look, like he was picking on me for my crushes. "why do you like strawberry bro, I thought you liked lemons?" he said, a slight hint of sadness in his voice. "sorry bro, strawberry is just so interesting. she caught my attention." I said, a slight smile on my face. I looked back down at strawberry, she was looking up at me. as soon our eyes met, she blushed two shades darker, making her look more ripe and delicious. "I gotta get down there bro, I gotta meet strawberry." I said, a gloomy tone in my voice. "I'll help you bro, I'll get raven to grab you and put you down next to strawberry." lemon said, looking at me with a sad smile, him longing for me not to go. "thanks bro, I greatly appreciate your offer." I said, looking at a now sleeping strawberry. I sighed as I nestled deeper into the green leaves of my tree, enjoying the warmth it provided, quickly falling asleep dreaming of strawberry.
I awoke to my bro rustling my leaves and telling me to wake up. I blinked my eyes twice, seeing strawberry get up and stretch. I softly smiled, slightly feeling like a stalker, but I didn't care, I loved looking at strawberry. I looked to my bro and nodded, signaling for him to get raven. he sighed and whistled, a big, black raven flying towards us soon after. "what do ya need lemon?" he said, a thick city accent in his voice. "I need you to get lemon over here to the ground, he has a crush on strawberry." my bro said plainly, as if it didn't bother him one bit. "right on lemon bro!" raven said, picking me up and flying towards the ground. about a few inches from the ground, raven dropped me, me lading on my head and rolling forward a few inches. I sprouted my arms and legs and walked towards strawberry, who was in a group of other strawberries. I gulped and started walking forward until a raspberry grabbed my arm, spinning me around and trying to seduce me with her non-exestant charm. I rolled my eyes and gently pushed her away, walking towards strawberry. I tapped her shoulder and watched her turn around, looking at me with her angelic face, one only I could love, wait, I was being possesive. I stopped my train of thought just as it started, thinking of what to say to strawberry instead. "u-uh, hi?" I said,it coming out more of a question than a statement. I metally scolded myself, thining I messed up until strawberry spoke. "uh, h-hi.nice t-to meet y-you." she said shyly, making both me and her blush. "I'll see y-you tommorrow." I said, watching her nod and walk away. I fist-pumped the air and I nestled down on the ground, not used to not having my green leaves for warpth and protection.
