After the last class was over, I walked out to my locker and saw Katie and Ryan already there.
"Hey guys you ready?" I said to my friends excited to hang out again.
"Yeah! Wanna take my car?" Katie said.
"Sure. Let's go." I said skipping down the hallway.
We got into Katie's car and I plugged in my phone and put on some music. One direction came on and Katie and I started singing at the top of our lungs. I looked over at Ryan and he just rolled his eyes.
"Com'on Ryan don't be a stick in the mud!" I said laughing at Ryan.
"Fine!" Ryan said and started singing along. He started singing and his voice cracked. Katie and I looked at eachother and started cracking up! Ryan blushed.
"Don't laugh at me..." He said shyly.
We pulled up to my house and jump out.
We all ran inside and I saw my mom was home.
"Hey mom," I said and ran up to her and gave her a hug," Katie and Ryan are here!"
"Hey guys! Em, there a letter upstairs on your desk for you." My mom said with a huge smile on her face. I wonder who's sending me mail? I haven't set up a PO Box yet for my fans. Huh.. Well let's go see!
We ran upstairs to my room and I looked at the letter. It was from the Magcon family!!
It said,
"Hello Emily,
My name is Bart Bordelon. The Magcon family and I wanted to invite you on our tour this year! Our first stop is in LA, California next week. We have plan for you to come out in three days. Please call me at (555)555-5555 if you would like to join us!
-the Magcon family."
I screamed. I can't believe this. Oh my god.
"What?! What is it Em?!" Katie said excitedly.
"Well tell us!" Ryan said.
I just stared at them with a huge smile on my face.
"I was invited to magcon!!!!" I said as I jumped up and down.
"Oh my god no way!! This is amazing!" Katie said as she hugged me.
Ryan said "Em that's amazing!"
"But.. I leave in three days.."
"Oh.. Promise you'll call us every day and text me all the time okay?" Katie said and hugged me.
"I promise."
