Trying To Survive

No... That front cover is not me. But I am a cat... A cat trying to survive in a little town called Emerald town. So where should I get started? Oh yes, I first came to this world as a tiny helpless thing, with only one wish, to survive, have a mate, and have kits. Well how bout we just skip to when I left my home to live on my own. I was strolling around the town when I came across this little shack, it was old of course, but it was better then sleeping in the rain. Now my next goal was to find food. It was very hard, most of the times I would lose a life, but that never stopped me. Mostly I came across crows and small rodents like mice or rats. But even though they weren't good I always thought to myself, If you achieve your goal, then you will achieve life. When I thought that I really felt confident.

A couple moons later

"Hmmm, there must be something I can eat here" I said as I rummaged through the alleyway trash. Crack! I turned my head to see what was going on. There it was, a husky running toward me. I jumped out of the trash can and ran for my life. Eventually I ran out of energy, so I turned around and fought it back. Smack! Hiss! Growl! After a couple of minutes the dog turned and ran off. Ha I thought to myself that dog is to scared of me to actually keep fighting.

     After all that chaos fighting the dog I was tired, and it was getting dark to, so of course I had to go take a rest. As I laid down I thought to myself, wow fighting that dog made me feel so alive! I hope I can do it again tomorrow. Slowly I drifted off into my dreams...

The next morning

     Ok I thought to myself, today I'm going to go to the river, hunt my prey for my breakfast, and then, I'm going to go around and mark my territory. As I was walking I saw so many she-cats, but none of them, not even a single one was perfect for me. Then I thought to myself maybe it's time to find a mate.
