Part 2: And then he left me

It's been 2 years na nagsama kami ni Daniel.

And then he proposed...

******** Six years ago..

Dj told me to stay at the roof deck of our condo. Hinahanap ko siya pero wala.

Then i heard my cellphone ringing, and it was Dj calling.  

I answered my phone.  

DJ: "Hey Baby. You already there?"

Me: "OO DJ! Asan ka ba? I miss you. It's our 2nd year anniversary tapos wala ka buong araw. Come on DJ. What are you trying to do?"

DJ: "Haha. Yeah. About that, Happy Anniversay to us Kath. I love you so much."

Me: "Yun na lang yon DJ? Happy Anniversary? You love me? Eh alam ko na yun e! Pero you have to prove it!"

DJ: "I am proving it."

Me: "How? Pero. Teka nga. Ano ba kasing ginagawa ko dito? DJ. For the last time. ASAN KA BA?"

DJ: "Nasa puso mo. Haha.. Look around."

Me: "tsk. DJ, I'm serious. Nakakainis ka na. Ano bang titignan ko e ang dilim dilim. Gabi na kaya. Hello? What am i suppose to do here?!"

DJ: "You're supposse to say Yes."

Then the line was cut.   

What? Say yes? Why?

Biglang may umilaw sa kabilang building.

Then letters formed sa bawat room ng building B ng condo namin.     

"K-A-T-H-R-Y-N,"   Yan ang nabasa ko sa isang floor ng building. "Kathryn,"  

"W-I-L-L Y-O-U P-L-E-A-S-E S-H-A-R-E E-T-E-R-N-I-T-Y W-I-T-H M-E A-S M-Y W-I-F-E ?" then eto sa next 4 floors pababa. "Will You Please Share Eternity With Me As My Wife?"  

"W-I-L-L Y-O-U M-A-R-R-Y M-E, K-A-T-H ?"  sa next 2 floors. "Will You Marry Me, Kath?"  

"- D-A-N-I-E-L" at yan naman sa last floor. "-Daniel"    

I was happily dumbfounded dahil sa nabasa ko.     

Then i heard someone walking towards me from behind.    

"Liked it?" I heard DJ's voice.  

Humarap ako sa kanya with a smiling face.  

He smiled back and held my hand then said:  

"Kath. We've been through ups and downs. Lefts and right. Halos lahat napagdaanan na natin." then he smiled. "I'm so lucky to have you as my girlfriend that loves me so much. And i love you too. I love you More. More than the stars above." then he looked and pointed at the sky. "I love you deeper than the pacific ocean. I love you higher than three times Olympus Mons on Mars. I love you more than anything and anyone in this world. I love you till death do us part. So let me be the luckiest man to share eternity with you, Kathryn Bernardo." then he kneeled and offered me a ring and said.. "Will You Marry Me?" smiling.                     

It's like i'm been frozen on where i'm standing right now.

Then i heard a chopper passing by above and it rained thousands of rose petals. Tapos may inilabas yung tao sa chopper na poster saying.. "SAY YES!"
