I sighed as I continued walking to work, I worked at the Central City Zoo. Pretty cool right? No, the zoo will be closing down soon for maintenance which means no money for a while, not to mention I'm stuck cleaning up everything while we prepare for it. Yay, fun! "Oof!" I grunt as someone runs into me and knocks me to the ground. "Sorry, I'm so sorry" Some dude says as he continues running. I sigh in annoyance and stand up.

I finally get to the zoo, talked to a few co-workers then  busy cleaning.

Okay... I like taking breaks.... And my boss thinks I took to many, so guess who's staying overtime? Yep me, I'm gonna miss watching the particle accelerator! Not that I actually really care about it. I'm not a nerd, I have no idea what it will even do, I just like using it as an excuse for leaving.

Hours have passed now and I'm getting realy to head home, "Did you clean the raven cage?" I hear my boss ask me. I sigh and drop my head, "No sir..." I say, dropping my jacket. "Best get to it" He says, walking out. "Oh and, lock up when you're done" He says then leaves. "Oh boy!" I say sarcastically happy while walking to the cage, ugh! Why does it have to be raining now!? I thibk to myself as I step in and begin cleaning. The ravens start going crazy, flying around, screeching. "What the hell is the matter with you birds!?" I say as I turn around and my eyes widen at the cloud of light coming at me. "Oh fuck..." I say then everything go's black...

I groan slightly as I hear the song 'Poker Face' By Lady Gaga playing. I love this song! "What are you doing?" I hear someone ask, "They like this song" Someone replies. "And how do you know that?" "I checked their facebooks." I giggle slight, I havent been on Facebook in forever. I slowly open my eyes and see a very strange looking room, I sit up and wince, fuck my back hurts... "Hey, shes awake!" I jump slightly and see a dude with long hair pointing at me. I'm so confused right now. "Uhm... Hi?" I say and tilt my head slightly. They come over and start checking me over, making sure I'm okay. The girl smiles kindly at me, "Hello Ms. Jenn, how are yoy feeling?" She asked, "Okay... My bavk really hurts though..." I say shyly. She nods slightly, "Must of been the way you were laying" She says as I nod slightly. Just as we finish I hear a loud gasps next to me and see someone sit up quickly, "Jesus!" I shout, jumping slightly. "Oh my god!" The other guy says, jumping as well. "He's up." The girl says as she rushes to him and checks him over as well. "Where am I?" The guy asks, "You're at STAR Labs" The other guy says. "He looks at him confused, "Who are you?" "I'm Cisco Ramon, she's Kaitlyn, Dr. Snow" Cisco says with a slight eye roll. "I need you to urinate in this" Dr. Snow says, holding up a cup. "Woah, not this second." Cisco says, taking the cup from her. I giggle slightly and start trying my best to get everything off me and get up while they continue talking. After I get done I look back towards them as Cisco has the dude sit down, "Look..." He says, "You were in a coma" "A coma? For how long?" The dude asks. "9 months" I hear someone else say and look over to see some guy in a wheel chair. Woah... Does that go for me too or..? I think to myself, I'm kinda shy so I dont really wanna talk right now... "Welcome back Mr. Allen and Ms. Smith, we have a lot to discuss." The guy says.

I'm walking with them, off in my own little world while they continue talking about stuff, Not like I could understand most of it, I dont speak nerd. Next thing I know the dude whos name I learned is Barry starts talking about how he needs to go then runs off. "Uh..." I look over at them and the sigh at his stubbornness. "I uh, do you guys have a shower?" I ask nervously. Dr. Snow nods and shows me to it. "Thank you." I say as she leaves.

I sigh lightly as the water runs down my skin, I finally have time to think about everything, I look down slightly and wince, the pain is back but its worse. What the hell is wrong with my back? I barely have time to do anything before I scream out in pain as I feel like something is stabbing at  back, trying to tear my skin. I fall the the ground and continue to cry out. "Jenn! Are you okay!?" I hear Snow call from the other side of the door. "Help me!" I scream in agony. I hear her messinv with the door as I continue crying. "Move, I'll get it!"I hear Cisco say then hear the door get kicked in. Then I see it, the blood mixing in with the water. Snow pulls back the curtains and her eyes widen, "Oh my god..." I hear her say as she frantically grabs a towel and wraps it around me. She helps me up and takes my to another room where she helps me sit down. The pain has gone down some but now I feel off balance and uneven. I sniffle and wipe my tears, holding the towel close against my chest. Dr. Harrison comes into the room and his eyes siden slightly, "Amazing..." I hear him say. I shakily look over at him in confusion. "H-Huh?" Just as it leaves my mouth I see them. Where did those even come from!? "I... I have wings?"I say in shock.
