Dr. Harrison Wells was about to change the world, everything was about to change, but he didn't know that. The countdown began, 10 9 8 7 6... Thousands of people had gathered outside, just to see two microscopic things crash together to create an explosion. Nothing could possibly go wrong. We had done thousands of tests everything was correct. I slouched back into my chair and sighed, three years of non-stop work, all for this moment. The counter was at 3 2 1... The next moment, there was a huge explosion. Dr. Harrison Wells got thrown to the ground. Dr. Snow and Dr. Raymond ran toward the accilarator entrance. A co-worker of mine hit the evacuate button. I knew that people were in danger, I stood up and ran down to my lab.
"THE MACHINES, THE GODDAMN MACHINES!" I could only think of the things I had created in my lab. If one of them malfunctioned, Central City would be nothing but a crater. I swung myself around the doorframe and ran over to my machines. I am a quantum physist, I build machines to test different theory's, however, most of them contain loads of radiation and highly explosive material. Quickly, I deactivated the entanglement reader, and carried it over to the quantum clock, which I also deactivated. The floor started to rumble, so I grabbed a few more machines and shielded the blow with my body. Then, S.T.A.R. LABS, in a great zap of red lighting, had a meltdown, and destableised itself. The entire right wing of the building collapsed and the anti-matter flooded the room. I shut my eyes tightly as the black matter quickly splashed my back.
