hi guys! this is my first book ever so go easy on me xD I may not be the best writer but I'll try.
in this book there is a girl name kyla who is best friends with Harrison one of the hottest guys in school. but her ... not so much. she's more like the geek of school. but nobody dares to try any tricks on her... Why is that? because Harrison would surely make sure you were dead writhing 30 seconds. but what happens when Harrison invites her to prom....
Kyla Toney : on the track team , loves orchestra and animals , best friends are Harrison and Maddy , age 15
Harrison Gargus : hottest guy in school, plays football, dates every girl in school , best friends.... do girl friends count? age 16
Madalyn Deschaine (maddy) : loves art and animals, very smart, best friends with kyla , age 15

Chapter 1
BAM!!!
I fell on the floor as I hear oooo's come from the crowd surrounding me. " damn Jessica" said one boy. I touch my nose wich is in a lot of pain right now considering it just got sucker punched. I try to stand up slowly but don't have enough strength. Then I hear a very familiar voice.
"Back up!" the voice yelled
Then a slam came from the lockers. I turn my head. Harrison had just pushed Jessica Simpson into the lockers.
"Did you do this to her. huh! Answer me before the get your grave stone ready!"
"Umm...ye....yess." She stutters.
Maddy runs over to me and helps me. As she drags me away all I can think of is what Harrison is gonna do to Jessica. She might be to embarrassed to come to school again. Man if that happened I would probably get up and start saying praise the Lord!
Finally we reach Maddy's car and she bends down on he knees and asks me like 50 million questions that all meen the same thing.
"are you okay?"
"are you hurt?"
"are you ingured?"
"Did she hurt you?"
"do you need to go to the hospital?" says Maddy
" calm down Maddy this isn't 20 questions!" I reply
"do you want me to take you home?"
" will your mom be mad?" She ask
I give her a look that says you asking questions again. then I get in the car and she drives me home. Not a word was said the whole way there. I open the car door.
"I'll text you okay?" I say.
she smiles and nodds.
then as soon as I walk in my house the questions begin again.
"how did you get that black eye?"my mom asked
"Why is your nose bleeding kyla?" my father asked trying to ignore my mother.
my mom and dad never really got along. I know they only stay together because of me. And as soon as I move out the separating I can just tell. They all ways fight over the stupidest thing.
