I was locked in my room, running and trying to hide from my father.
"Kelly you open this door right now!"
"No, I won't!"
"You can't expect to marry a woman when mom died two months ago!"
"You better open this door or I swear I will come in there and slap you!"
I unlocked the door knowing that even if I left it locked he would still slap me. So I unlocked the door to face the man I called my father.
"Now that you opened the door : Kelly this is Rosie she will be your mother and this is her daughter Patricia."
"Hi nice to meet you," said Rosie.
"You will never be my mother!" I shouted.
"Shut your mouth!" My cheek started to hurt.
"Now I am going to take Rosie and her daughter out to dinner and you better clean this house before I get back do you understand me."
"But dad I," he slapped me again and this time I fell to the floor.
