Everything seems normal in the world of the Walkers. Nothing out of the ordinary, or so it seemed.
The children all played on their brand-new hoverboards X743. Without a care in the world, playing dares and tricks.
While the Walkers stayed inside a perfectly ordinary house with perfectly ordinary rooms and ordinary furniture. Lennon Walker, a tall, lean man with an unusually long neck he always used to spy on people, so skinny he could almost fit through anything.
Stefana Walker, however, was a clumsy, short and impossibly fat. She was practically round. It was a well-known fact that she once sat on a wooden chair and smashed it to pieces because of her weight.
Fleur Walker was almost the exact copy of her mother; Fat, short, ugly, and mean. Practically, the only difference was that she was younger and her mother had warts.
It was meant to be an ordinary day for Lennon Walker, a simple trip to his job. But as he stepped outside of his house, he came to face a cat, staring towards the sign that said "Sickle Street". But no, it was impossible for cats to read signs, they were just cats. Mr Walker and the cat stared at each other for a few seconds before Mr Walker shrugged it off and headed to his job. On his way there, he met many people covered in scars and strange markings.'Thugs' he thought as another ran past him brushing his coat past him before he entered his office.
At the end of the day, when Mr Walker was coming home, he walked right past a huge crowd deep in conversation. He caught a few words from it:".....did you hear of that boy.....the prophecy.....The Dark one.....His Parents.....Luke Starke...."
At the last two words, Mr Walker's blood went cold.
Luke Starke.
The son of Stefana's wretched sister, Lusi Starke.
'No.
It couldn't possibly be them, I mean, Starke wasn't that rare a name for a family, was it?'
Sweat running down his face, Lennon sped down home to Stefana. Wondering if he dared to tell her what he had heard, he saw her chopping up dinner with huge slashes and thought better off it.
1:00am
The streets were deserted, littered with remains of celebrations of the day. Meanwhile, a frail old man lay in the shadows, his cloak shining in the moonlight, hiding a dark figure that seems to be alive. Suddenly, all the street lights were dimmed so much you couldn't see your hand no matter how hard you tried.
The man then turned to the cat waiting and the edge of the Walker's house. "Hullo Hermione." He said gravely to the cat.
"Is it true?"
In the place where the cat lay now stood a woman well in her 60s.
"I'm afraid so."said the man."It seems time is finally repeating itself"
"The prophecy is true?"
"Yes, and I'm afraid that also means I must bring him here." He was carrying a basket that seemed to contain an egg.
"So that's him?" Said a figure near some bushes.
"So Ronald, you did come after all."
"Just hurry up and get it over with, Harry, we haven't got time, we still need to clear up the mess these people made." Said Ronald angrily.
Harry smiled sadly and nodded."it must be done."
He put the basket by the Walker's door and placed a letter inside. In the egg lay two beings, one boy, with many strange markings, and one lizard-like creature. With that, Harry placed his hand on his golden medallion, Hermione on her bracelet, and Ronald on his ring, all three of them recited a strange phrase and with that, three figures appeared in front of them. "Let's go." Said Harry. And the three of them disappeared almost instantly.as they went, the streets lights magically reappeared and it was as if nothing ever happened.
But, in one house, Someone wakes up to collect their mail and screams when she finds something at the door...
