Me and Jason have been best friends since we were 2 our parents worked together so we spent a lot of time with each other and learned to like each other. I especially learned to like him if you know what I'm saying *wink wink* we hang out a lot like people think we are dating. I wish we were but it might ruin our friendship so I've always tried to keep my feelings on the down low.

-Over the phone-
Jason: Are you coming over or not??
Y/n: Yes! I'm just grabbing my bathing suite geez calm your tits!
Jason: I don't have tits!
Y/n: Are ya sure about that?
Jason: Oh shut up and come over so we can swim
Y/n: Bye cow
Jason: WH-

I hung up before he started flipping out. I got in my car and drive over to his house he didn't live far from me. I had my own house since I was old enough and had the money and so did Jason. We were both seniors in high school waiting to graduate. I got to Jason's house and knocked on his door, he opened it before I even got the chance to knock and pulled me in.

"YAH! JASON! You almost gave me a heart attack!" I said while holding my chest. This boy was going to be the death of me.

"Sorry I'm just happy that you are here now cmon let's go!" He said while pulling on my arm to take me outside so we can go swimming.. yay. I took off my over clothes and jumped right in.

"Ha! I beat you!" I said while swimming around in the pool

"Alright but I'm going to make a bigger splash!" He said as he jumped in. I wasn't ready for it because he jumped right after he said it so I got a big wave come at me

"Geez! You fat cow!" I said while shaking my head

"What did you just call me" Jason said as he swam towards me

"I said your a fat cow"

"Take that back" he said as I kept backing up till my back hit the end of the pool walls

"No you are a fat cow and you know it"

"My abs would say other wise" after he said that I looked down and saw his abs. I gulped as I looked back at him smirking

"Enjoying the view?" He asked as he backed away

"Oh shut up!" I splashed water at him and went underwater so he wouldn't get me back.

"Why did you want me to come over here so urgently anyway" I said and sat on the pool steps. He swam over and sat next to me

"Because I need to tell you something"

"So tell me then"

"I'm going to be leaving for the military after high school.."

"Your lying..."

"There's nothing keeping me here so why not?"

"B-because.. what if I don't want you to go?" I said as I tried to hold back my tears. I didn't want him to go he was my best friend and on top of that I loved him he is my everything.

"I'll stay in contact with you I mean your my best friend so we have to stay in contact right?" He said as he nudges my shoulder

"Yeah.. Friends.."

"Y/n? What's the matter?" He said as he wrapped his arm around my waist and leaned his head on my shoulder.

"It's nothing.." I said and put my head on top of his

"Y/n tell me.."

"I just don't want you to go.."

"Did you have plans or something?"

"Well not plans but things that I wanted to tell you.."

"So tell me" after he said that he faced me and waited for me to reply.

"I- I've had this thing that I- never mind.." I couldn't tell him it might ruin our friendship.

"Y/n if you don't tell me I will tickle you"

"No!"

"Then tell me!"

"I've had a crush on you since grade school you cow! Are you happy now?!" It just came out I didn't mean for it to come out but I didn't want to get tickled. He looked shocked. I knew that I shouldn't have told him. I went to get out of the pool to go home but he grabbed my wrist causing me to jump a little

"Don't go yet" after he said that I sat back down on the steps with my head down. I thought I was going to get yelled at or something so I prepared for the worst

"I've liked you since grade school too.." the minute he said that my head shot up and I looked at him with wide eyes

"Really?!"

"Don't get your tits in a twist! Yes" he opened his arms so I went and hugged him. After a couple of seconds I looked up at him and smiled, he looked down at me and gave me a soft kiss. I kissed him back and after a couple of minutes we pulled away because we needed air.

"I guess I won't be leaving" he said as he hugged me. I hugged him tighter I was so glad he wasn't going to be leaving.

"Thank you.." I whispered in his ear. He gave me a quick peck on my lips and said

"I'll never leave"
