The silence of the room was almost defining. Nothing but peace surrounding the area, nothing to destroy the calmness of the room.
Through the darkness, you could see a faint outline of a small boy, stressfuly laying asleep on his comfortable bed. However, that calmness was too much for the boy that he was sleeping through the search that was suddenly happening in his house.
When the men finally made their way to the last room, they couldn't help but feel immense power radiating through the very door that they were headed to go through. Unfortunately for them, they found a cute boy bundled in as many blankets as he could find in the house.
"So, do you think this is the boy? He's too cute." asked Terrance, his curiosity getting in the way of their mission. "I couldn't agree with you more. But there is only one way to find out... we have to look at his wrist." Jackdaw spoke, pacing towards the small boy with a bored expression. The red-haired boy -Jackdaw- grabbed the smaller boy's wrist, eyes scanning over the symbol imprinted upon his skin. "It's him. I'll grab him." Jackdaw sighed sharply, carrying the small boy over his shoulder with a stoic expression; he scurried out of the place, fresh air colliding with his skin.

Raven's POV:
-Dream- I was laying in a dark room, enjoying the calmness. A sudden gust of wind took me out of my daze, I took this time to look at my surroundings. I started to stand up, when I was suddenly picked up. However, I felt safe around this mysterious figure. I wasn't panicking until I looked behind me, we were heading towards a huge hole in the ground.
I started to panic. 'What are you doing? Go back!' I tried to shout but it didn't work, nothing came out. When we got closer , I started to panic even more; I started to tighten my grip on the back of the persons shirt. When we finely got to the hole, the person stopped but briefly after, they started to get into the jumping position. Not a second later, they jump into the hole with me tightening my grip (if possible) and failing to keep my screams in. Suddenly, everyhing went black.
-Out of dream-
I jolted awake remembering myself falling. I started to look around and found myself on the same persons shoulder as I was in the dream. I tried to lean back to get a look at the guys face, but it wasn't going to happen.
I gave up trying and asked "who are you? And what do you want? I have no money, so if he wants it he'll have to just go to someone else. I'm broke. " I was too casual.
Jackdaw's POV:
The boy sounded nervous, yet he laced his voice with confidence in attempts to conceal his secret. "Don't lie, kid. I've seen your wrist. Do I look like an idiot to you?" I questioned rhetorically, causing him to squirm more beneath my tight grasp. Despite his struggling, I kept hold of him was this small guy even the prophecy?
"W-what do you mean?" He stuttered, ensuring his gaze didn't meet mine as he spoke nervously. Sighing, I rolled my eyes tired ly as I glanced towards him briefly.
"The 'tattoo'," I grabbed his arm, observing it again as I continued to speak, "I'm not stupid, I know exactly who you are. I swear to God, if you try to deny anything I will whip your ass to next Tuesday. Got it?" I scoffed, repositioning the boy as he began to slip. He nodded in response.
"Name?"
"Raven."
I found him interesting, yet I didn't want to be close to home. "I'm Jackdaw."
